Awful support every step of the way

The shirts where next day delivery for 3pm to store. They then were pushed back 3 days after the arrival time of 3pm. I phoned to cancel the order as I bought due to delivery time. No easy way to cancel order despite change in order. Spent over 30 minutes on a online chat with an operator and the chat was frustrating. Didn't seem to understand or care about the request despite it simplicity.
Then I get a message the next day to say shorts have arrived. So order wasnt cancelled after all that and arrived a day early than the rescheduled time.
Awful service from start to finish. Only a 2 star as the order was correct.

Unable to return rug ..

I still haven't been successful in being able to return my rug. A driver arrived to collect it but said it didn't have the correct paperwork. On calling Next the previous day they advised me I would only need the label on the packaging.

Mixed reviews, but mainly happy

Went in to collect an online order , that was quick & nice you have a sofa for your customers.
Found two bargain chairs in the sale, so great up to this point would, give 5 stars. But was disappointed your policy is to not assist customers with large items beyond the main entrance. I found it very difficult loading 2 very large chairs into my car. I find staff often offer to help in these situations. So that was a let down ,I'm sorry to say.
