Paid £8 for delivery, 4 days later still not dispatched…. Customer service awful, spent 20 minutes waiting to talk, then a young lady kept laughing as obviously messing around with a colleague kept putting me on hold as could not control laughter before cutting me off. Then had to call again and wait in a queue. Hopefully calls are recorded call with L***a ended at approx 19:29 and some training can be given to staff on how not to treat a customer enquiry.

Zip not great and hard if you have arthritic hands. Very fiddly to get done up but nice warm robe. Just a shame the zip spoils it as I'll have to think twice about how often I wear it

I’m afraid sadly it was nightmare and stressful experience for me, I placed an order but it never arrived in time frame I was promised and then every time I called customer service they always promised the world but in reality nothing happened plus it takes minimum 40 to 60 minutes to get through a customer service representative…it was total waste of many hours of my valuable time and yet they are not very apologetic about it. Not again!!!

Disgraceful service- ordered and paid for 2 goals for son’s birthday football party …. only 1 turned up and delivered !!!
Trying to complain and get resolved but upon calling customer services automated call response tells me I’m 19 in the queue and waiting time to be answered is over an hour !!!!
Either this is a deliberate ploy to put people off complaining or the company having so many complaints which tells its own story !!!!! I’m still trying to find out what has happened!!??

Very impressed. Great price and great delivery. Paid for next day and were delivered at 9am on the Saturday. Will be using again in the future that’s for sure.

This is a terrible company - feels like they're deliberately trying to scam customers.

Ordered some football mannequins with a carry bag. The mannequins arrived fine (and are a good Forza product) but the carry bag is missing. In the limited communication we've had, we've effectively been accused of lying that we hadn't received the bad and are being made to jump through hoops (unnecessary ones) to get it resolved. Once we went through all these manufactured steps (which feel like they're designed to put people off from actually following up), they have now gone totally radio silent and we're stuck in call queues for over 45 mins at a time.

Dreadful experience and wouldn't order again.

The resolution here would have been very simple - recognise they'd made a mistake and then send out the product we'd paid for. You'd have had a very happy customer!

Your website is easy to use and great on price especially when you have your deals on.
I would buy more but my club won't let me.

Excellent customer service when I had an issue with the base of some cricket flexi stumps. I emailed them details of the fault with photos and then responded promptly saying they would send a replacement. Couldn’t ask for more.

Delivery date given as "By Friday 4th Semtember." Now pm on the 5th and still no signs of a delivery. No emails or messages after thr original order confirmation to say whether its even been dispatched yet. No option to track parcel either.
