Very professional and helpful however I was on hold for 48minutes !

This morning I spoke to Lydia about an order received recently which had turned out to be defective.
After asking a few very sensible questions, Lydia arranged for a replacement to be sent without delay. She was calm, polite and very efficient. My treatment has certainly made me inclined to use your firm in the future. She is a very good and reassuring ambassador. And being able to reach her by phone was very quick and satisfying for me as a customer. Thank you very much.

Prompt delivery and good service, a little disappointed in the product quality, the top bar is a bit saggy! Also the side net supports bend in. But I guess you get what you pay for!

The item came in 2 box's which were delivered 14 days apart and were very badly damaged with part missing. The process to get the missing parts was unbelievably difficult and took weeks with the wrong parts being send twice. The customer support was very poor as there had no knowledge of the protects they sell.

Customer service refunded me for next delivery. Thanks Lydia for the communication

Product I needed was available and there was a discount code to use across the site, but on checking there was a better code in one of the pages which I did not see until I had submitted my order. I have contacted Net World Sport asking them to change to the better discount.

Bought a number of items from Net World Sport and pleased with the site and quality of all items I’ve ordered. I have dropped a star on this purchase as the item arrived with minor damage but damage all the same. This may have been the courier or storage but as an end consumer I think the packaging could have been better such as extra cardboard or corner polystyrene placed at the vulnerable points. Damage is cosmetic and the item ordered seems good quality for the price. I’ll still use NWS without hesitation great company overall.

I ordered a netball net with next-day delivery, which I paid a significant amount for. However, only part of the item arrived. After calling customer service, I was informed that the rest of the item was on its way and should arrive today. Unfortunately, no additional items were delivered. I will not be buying from this company again.
