Information provided by various external sources

Never buy anything from NetOnNet
NetOnNet does not deserve even 1 star. A bit about my experiment. I ordered and paid for SSD (1590 kr) on 2020/09/04, and expecting delivery is 2020/09/08, not bad. And then, NetOnNet sent the email to notify me that they do not have it stock so I have to wait, delivery could be on 2020/09/15. So, I decided to wait and on 2020/09/16,they sent me another email, delay to 2020/09/22. I contacted customer service and they said what they could do? It is not in stock. So I asked for cancel, they said it will take 3-10 days banking workday to finish it.
So, from my experience with NetOnNet, Please do not have business with them because they do not care about your order and the delay, in my case is 12 days and counting, could damage your working plan.

Here is my Reply:
Even a service should be refunded, I worked 3 years as customer service for well known company and in case customer returned a product the whole amount will be refunded, your reply has convinced me that I should never buy anything from your company

Ransom money for guarantee repairs
Do not buy an ASUS laptop from a NetOnNet shop. They claim a one year guarantee but in reality this is a total Joke
I bought one in November 2019. It was not a top quality laptop. In June 2020 the screen broke in the lower right corner. Not because I dropped it or anything like that but because I lifted it by holding it in the plastic edge at the lower right screen corner.
I have used laptops for 20 years both for work and privately and this has never happened before.
So I hand it in saying that the guarantee must be covering this since this must be a design error. They will send it to the repair shop and take a look at it they say.
Then after a week I get an email back. They claim that it was solely my fault - and I broke the screen.
i then get only 3 choices:
1. I can pay 2000 SEK for repairing the screen
2. I can get my laptop back but I have to pay a fee of 750 SEK for their time.
3. They can destroy my laptop for free.
What the F...
It is a web-site with only 3 options - no person to talk to and point out that this must be against the law.
They are effectively charging ransom money for deciding whether the guarantee covers or not.
I could have repaired it myself for less than either option if only they had told me from the start.
Avoid them at all costs unless you want the same to happen to yourself.
Sub standard service
Bought a Panasonic 65" TV from them, after 7 months the TV didn´t start.
I drove 100 km to leave the TV for repair and could pick it up 3 weeks later with a replaced motherboard.
When I came home and unpacked the TV it was upside down in the box, standing on the frame.
A couple of weeks later I tried to use the USB port on the TV and it´s unresponsive.
Test with a HDD and 3 USB sticks, none are working, the TV doesn´t see them.
I contact the customer "service" and are told to either drive back to the store again with the TV or send it.
And that the service now is a new one so it will be an additional 3 weeks with no TV in a family with small kids.
After the last repair they send the TV back wrongfully packed and without doing a full test of the TV. So I don´t trust them to acknowledge their mistake.
I will drive there and video tape while they see it doesn´t work or they will charge me for shipping and examination to cover up their mistakes.
I will never ever buy anything from them again, and I will take every opportunity to share my experience with every one I know. If it was possible to give minus stars I would.

Avoid like the plague.
Avoid like the plague.
1. I accidently ordered 2 of a product. Sent 1 back, went smoothly. They "forgot" to pay me back though. Took 4 weeks to get my money back.
2. Sent the wrong product to me. After talking to their support that assured me that there was "No problems" and "No additional fees will be charged" they charged the product AGAIN. When talking to the support the next time they just responded "This is fine, just send that package back and forget the 10 day invoice that we've sent you"
Bought the Anderson E-Bike.
Bought the Anderson E-Bike.
Drove it for 13 km.. tried to charge it, charger started popping and melting.. lovely.. they want to send me a new charger but don’t know the delivery time of said charger, and will not take back the useless electric bike. So now I’m stuck with a 4000sek broken electric bike without a charger.. and they refuse to tell me specifications on charger so I can buy a new one myself.. horrible service! Last time I shopped here that’s for sure.
Elgiganten fixes items without this hassle!!
Really good store
Well, I can't say that they're bad.
It's one of my favourite stores, both in the virtual world and the real world. (Besides, they've got a store not so far from where I live)
I also think they should be applauded for having so cheap things for sale. For instance, a Google Home Mini. Google themselves price them at roughly 64$ (649kr) - NetOnNet prices it at 20$ less (449kr).
Nearly all of our computers/mobile devices/accessories are from NetOnNet.
Check it out someday!
NetOnNet denies warranty
This is a company that completely denies consumer rights when a product gets broken within the warranty period. Although they claim that the customer gets 2 years warranty (as they should get according to the law) they won't even consider repairing your product when it gets broken within 3 months. Do not buy anything here - lack of warranty guaranteed!
NetOnNet is cashing money for stuff…
NetOnNet is cashing money for stuff they don´t have in stock. I ordered and payed for a Huawei smartphone 21 August. 28 August I received a mail that they didn´t have that phone in stock and that they didn´t know when it could be delivered. But at their website it is still marked as "in stock". 5 September I received a mail that they send my phone. Today 9 September I still didn´t received anything. My phone is still stuck in Örebro where they have their stock. Customers complain about long deliverance time and bad customerservice. I understand the people working at the customer service to clean up all the mess for a small salary while their boss is cashing a lot of money. So please, find another jobb asap cause it wont change at NetOnNet. You´re making yourself look like a fool day in and day out...
Mixed but mostly bad id say.
Good prices
Useless staff
Nice airy warehouses
Andersson products are really bad, do they even pass the safty requirements standard for use in Europe.
Klubbhyllan is nice!
Veckans klipp total fraud :
Cheat people into thinking they done a real bargain
but infact they just bought at ordinary price. Jerks!
Looks like you'll join onoff, expert, siba if you dont step up! From the looks of it here at trust pilot.
I bought a product and I paid extra for…
I bought a product and I paid extra for express delivery, meaning that the order was supposed to be delivered at the same day.
In the end of the day, 1 hour before the deadline, I got a SMS saying that they couldn't deliver the product to me, but they would do it 3 days later! This is unexceptable because I paid extra to have it on the same day and also because I was traveling on the next day so I couldn't wait 3 days for it. For this reason I cancelled the order.
But even though the order was cancelled and I never got anything at home, two weeks passed by and NetOnNet still hasn't cancelled my invoice. I contacted their customer service multiple times and they never do anything.
Avoid this company if you want a good service.
I would have given them 5 stars but...
I would have given them 5 stars but I had to go to Clas Ohlson and buy a bag of holes, fortunately they weren't black holes or we all wouldn't be here.
Defect products and unsympathetic employees
Three separate orders, all defect products. I can't get money back, only send the products to be repaired which will take minimum 3 weeks. I will have to pack them and pay for shipping myself. They've been less than pleasant and very unhelpful every time I've contacted them. Ordering from them is a waste of money.
Quick delivery and customer service!
Received my product within a few days and customer service replied after few minutes on Facebook when contacted, friendly response.
