I have a very wide window with a drop that's not available in most stores so I searched the web and found these, well to say I'm pleased is an understatement, I managed to get the exact drop that I need and the width was perfect. They were delivered within 5 days so that was an added bonus. I will definitely recommend them to all my friends

They have a great choice of fabrics and finishes etc. Communication prior to and during order process was efficient and helpful. The curtains arrived on time - carefully packaged and labelled which made it easy to sort and hang. The finished product is lovely - I am very happy.

After an initial mistake in the curtain sent to me the customer service responded very quickly and sent the correct order without any delay. Mistakes happen, but the reliability of a company rests on how easy it is to get them put right!

I cannot thank the team enough for their excellent customer service - I ordered and paid for my voiles and had used a previous order not realising that I was in fact ordering way over size. They noted that the order did not make sense and contacted me. The agent Sim was so patient with me took time to run through the order a few times to ensure I was confident I had got it right. The website is great with a great selection of products. Ordering was easy and found exactly what i wanted. Lead times on website are completely wrong! the lead time for what i ordered was 14 days ...... my order actually took nearly 4 weeks to arrive! had i of known that it would be this long i would have ordered elsewhere. When i called to enquire about my order the first time after 2 weeks the lady was very rude and spoke to me really abruptly. The second time i called after 3 weeks the lady was great and couldn't have been nicer so i guess customer service is hit and miss. The actual product itself looks and feels like great quality and i am happy with it now it has arrived. Had to remove stars because of the points raised.

Ordering was easy, and the nets arrived quickly, exactly as I'd ordered. They're great quality too, much thicker than the nets I had before. I'm very happy.

The new nets for 10 windows only cost £37.00 and are absolutely brilliant. They all fit beautifully and arrived within 3 days of ordering them. Superb value and great service. I cannot recommend them more highly

I ordered from this company twice. They have sewn grey labels in white net curtains in such a way that you have to undo the seams to remove them, if you simply cut the labels, it still leaves an ugly grey stub, which spoils the whole look of the curtain. So, when I placed my second order (because I needed the same type of curtain again), I asked them specifically not to sew any labels. They said ok and sew them regardless.

Love the curtains I've just purchased from Net Curtains Direct. I didn't really know what I was doing with measurements so had to phone for advice and although we got there in the end I did feel like I was a little bit of an inconvenience to the lady I spoke to but never mind she may have been having a bad day and then got me on the end of the phone!! 😁
Delivery was quick so that was also good.
