I have used Net curtains direct for many years.

I have used Net curtains direct for many years.
This order was a large one so took a little longer but was despatched in line with their time line. Unfortunatly, Royal Mail did not deliver on agreed date, customer services contacted me checking if package arrived and I told them of the issue. Within an hour I had an email back from them saying that they had contacted Royal Mail themselves and updated me. Package arrived within a couple of days. Brilliant customer service from this company as well as brilliant net curtains!

Not impressed

Asked for 2 curtains: 1 with a 80 cm width and another with a 230 cm width.
Received 2 curtains with a 80 cm width. No need to say that I cannot use them - not even 1 of them as they need to match.
Since they are non refundable, I simply wasted my money.
Edited: I have now received the correct size curtain. They look good. I will be making another purchase soon for another room.

Beautiful and Stylish

The net curtain I bought is beautiful, well made with the workmanship being of excellent quality.
I use Net Curtains Direct as I can trust them and know I'm going to receive amazing quality items.
I had a delay with my purchase, which was unavoidable, however I was kept well informed by Net Curtains Direct.
The packaging was sufficient and provided my order from being damaged in any way. My order was delivered on time.
I personally won't use any other company for my nets.

5 star experience

I would definitely recommend Net Curtains Direct, 5 star experience. When ordering my nets I made a mistake with one of my measurements, I emailed them and got a response the next day as it was late at night . They sorted it straight away and didnt charge me for the extra material which was quite a substantial amount . It was easy to order and very quick to be delivered. The net curtains are amazing quality, thick not thin and flimsy. Loads of patterns to choose from and an amazing price ,over 1/3 of the usual price i pay . Honestly you will not be disappointed 👌 .

Amazing Customer Experience

Ordered on Friday, express delivery, not realising it referred to the period after the curtains were made. I emailed them and explained why I needed the delivery so quickly and they literally pulled out all the stops to ensure I got my delivery today
Absolutely brilliant company to deal with - real personal customer service and not a robot!

outstanding - buy with confidence from this supplier

I ordered some net durtains for a bay window. The product was great. Sample service was great. But what really tells you whether you shoud buy from a company is how they treat mistakes, and on this they were fantastic. My curtains arrived 2cm too long so didn't fit. I contacted the company who asked for a reference number and a photograph. They then accepted fault, supplied replacements very quickly - all done with no unpleasentness or wriggling or corporate sludge that one experiences with so many supplpiers when things go wrong. They kept the whole experience pleasant and easy.

Poor customer service

I ordered a holdback for my curtains and paid extra for quick delivery. When it arrived, it contained the wrong item. I immediately contacted the company and informed them they sent the wrong item. They requested proof of order and details of the error which I supplied straight away. Instead of sending the correct item and apologising for their error, they refused to send the correct item without proof of returning the wrong item. This company made a mistake and failed to rectifying it swiftly. They certainly have not put me first as a customer or recognised the inconvenience caused by their error. I would not recommend or use again. The wrong item has been returned and I am still without my order or refund for failure to deliver. Order number NCD172731

I have reviewed the email threads and can see that you sent us images of what you received in error which was really helpful and greatly assists us in ascertaining what has gone wrong and how we can best remedy the issue both for the customer and also going forwards.
From the image you sent we could promptly identify what had gone wrong and put steps in place to prevent this happening again whilst sending you an email apologising for the error and including a link to a prepaid returns label with which to return the incorrect item to us ensuring that you didn't incur any returns costs.

Once you had confirmed that this was on it's way back to us, a replacement was dispatched to ensure that you weren't kept waiting whilst the incorrect item came back to us and was processed by our team.

We value all feedback and will certainly take your comments on board with regards to how this was handled and look to implement changes to our processes to try and improve this for customers.

Ordered white voile curtains as I have…

Ordered white voile curtains as I have done many times before and they have turned up lilac. I'm being told they're white by net curtains direct but they are definitely lilac. I wish I could add a picture. They have agreed a return out of "goodwill" but it took two days of going back and forth. The quality doesn't seem to be the same as it used to be which is a shame.

Can we please ask whether you ordered a sample of the fabric prior to placing an order? We would always recommend this with anything custom made, cut to size or altered to fit. Even if you have ordered previously, dye lots can vary so a sample is always advisable.

Whilst we do endeavor to respond to all emails as quickly as possible we do advise that we will respond within 1-2 working days.

We sent you a request a while ago via Trustpilot asking you to confirm your order number and email address etc so that we can identify your order and look into this further for you but unfortunately we received no response to that request.

excellent after sales service

I had used the company a number of times with complete satisfaction. I wasn't too happy with the making of the last order but didn't get round to contacting them for a few months. Nonetheless, their response was immediate and I was just asked to return the voiles for them to assess, and they were remade for me. All in the fastest and most courteous turnround. Kudos and thanks to Frances and team

Excellent products and services

Excellent products and services! I found this company when I was searching for online suppliers if net curtains, etc. and their selection and prices covered all tastes. The ordering process was simple and the site gave the opportunity to name each curtain so you could easily identify them when they arrived. Combined with their prices to cover all wallets, it was a great, easy process. I highly recommend them.

Received curtains but one curtain…

Received curtains but one curtain didn't come hemmed as requested . Contacted there costumer service. They said would send another out. Never received. Contacted again . Bo reply. I did also order more nets for other rooms . But they came and they was ment to be white. But looked more blue. Contacted them again. Said keep in sunlight. But still no difference. Never had this problem before.
