Do not use this company, After researching numerous suppliers I went for NeoGrass and after receiving samples and numerous emails on how fantastic they were etc I decided to order over £3k of grass from them on the 15/08/25, worst decision ever. I received a confirmation email confirming stock so I placed the order. After 5 days I received another email telling me they had no stock and would not have anymore stock until the end of September, so delivery would have been in October. So I cancelled and ask for a refund, this is where it all started to go wrong. I had to ask numerous times for the refund, they kept trying to palm me off with something I did not want and could not seem to understand why I had cancelled the complete order ( I had ordered other items too like glue, tape , staples and 16 bags of the deofil they sell) when they were only out of stock of the grass. Custom services were really bad, full of excuses and vail promises which they didn’t keep. After a lot of emails and phone calls and I mean a lot I finally received my full refund on the 09/09/25 a full month after the original request, coincidence or what ??? Anyway stay clear if you don’t want to be let down and taken for a ride, you have been warned.
