Warning: Stay away from this company.

This is my 3rd order from them. The first two orders took a couple weeks to receive, but I was not in a rush, so not too concerned.

My 3rd order was placed on March 10th, and I inquired, online, wrt status on March 17th or thereabouts. No reply. I inquired every couple days thereafter, and no response. I called and got the "we're busy helping others... leave a message". i did, twice and no response.

3rd phone call on March 26th, I got a customer service agent. I requested the order canceled due to poor customer service. I was told one item could not be returned due to policy, and another item required a 30% restocking fee. Mind you, the order has not shipped, and I've received no communication. Agent told me they dont have any record of my inquiries.

I told the agent to cancel the order, and if they charge me anything, I will post my experience online as a warning to others. He said he'd cancel the order but charge me the 30% restocking fee on one of the items (that hadnt shipped). He also said he confirm cancelation via email. Still have not received the email.

So here is said "warning ". Recommend staying away from this company.

Purposefully delaying deliveries!

I ordered parts on November 12. I got a note on November 19 that the products had "SHIPPED" on November 12 (yes, 7 days earlier) from their warehouse in Watseka, IL to their warehouse in Watseka, IL! It sat in their warehouse for 3 more days before the USPS received it. So GreenPartsStore shipped it from their warehouse X to their warehouse Y where it sat for 10 days, then USPS delivered it from Watseka, IL to College Station, TX in two days. All the while my equipment is down! This is done so they can FORCE YOU TO PAY for commercially reasonable shipping times.

Ordered a part from the website

Ordered a part from the website. 2 weeks later I haven’t heard anything so sent an inquiry to customer service. The next day got a reply that the price of the part I ordered has more than tripled the price and they want me to pay the difference to get the part. I questioned this and they said that is their policy and there no way around it. I can buy this part for the same price at my local dealer. This green parts store .com is out to just rip people off. Highly recommend to not buy from them.

Why Green Parts Store has horrible customer service

I attempted to buy a "cover" for my 175 lb John Deere broadcast spreader to keep moisture out. went to Green Parts Store web site and typed in what I was looking for. Their website has almost no pictures so I relied upon their site to find what I was looking for. I order the "cover" and the cover to the gear box arrives. Ok, mistakes happen, but what happened next completely surprised me. This "Jeremy B" from "Customer Service" essential says I'm SOL and I can ship it back to get a refund, less the original shipping. Instead of offering to correct what is clearly a problem with their website, that is the response I get. BUYER BEWARE I guess.BTW, it is a $21. part for which they lost a customer over.

Horrible

Horrible , they cant deliver my parts , they can not cancel my order , they can not change my order, I have to call 800 number , 800 cant do anything but call the dealer and tell them to deal with it , again they can not change my order or cancel it , out of no were same guy call me saying they can have parts picked up only if I pay again I already paid and now i have to waste gas driving to the dealer and pay again, should of ordered from amazon in the first place this is a headache I will never order anything from John Deere again, amazon parts are the same price and they will actually be delivered

50% refund on return parts !! Unacceptable.

I was out of the country and ordered some part to arrive 20 November 2024. I asked them to ship them close to that date and paid in September. They shipped immediately anyway and 3 parts on the $700 order were wrong so I paid to ship them back in mid December. They only refunded 50% and kept the other $112 as a restocking fee. I find this unacceptable. They apparently have a 30 day return policy, not much time if you order maintenance parts months ahead of time and only realize when you come to install the parts which is almost always more than 30 days later when maintenance is due.

The customer service was great

The customer service was great! I ordered the wrong stuff for my d100 tractor and they caught it before shipping me the wrong stuff. They reached out to me to get the serial number and got me the correct stuff that I NEEDED!!

200 HR MAINTAINTANCE KIT WRONG ON WEB PAGE

I gave “GREENPARTSTORE” 4 Stars.
The 4 stars was the person answering their 888 number was GREAT to work with.
I was not so great to work with, as I was pissed about an email I received from GPS about my order was the wrong part number for the my 2019 1023Es serial number, which I listed on the order under other info. due to the info on the site about the air filters.
The 1023E service kit and the only one you can order was app. $240.00, and it was for the up to SN 117,913.
In the information provide on the site indicated:
1023R up to SN 117,913 After SN 117,914 uses LVU34503 and LVU34504 air filters.
When speaking with the sales person, who was fantastic, I was informed the air filters for the kit I ordered, and the only one you can order, was different as seen in the site information.
That was the reason I included my 2019 1023E SN.
The Sales person said they had had problems like this before and the issue had been referred to their, “WEBMASTER”. Again, I order the product in December, which just about everyone in America has their credit cards in pain.
The sales person told me the company would issue a credit to my card the next day, due to their accounting being a day behind. Again, I express my displeasure in the fact I had to give GPS another $250.00 for the kit I needed. The sales person said she would OVERNIGHT my Kit which she did.
The lack of a 5 STAR was the company not updating their information on the web site when they know of an existing problem with that particular item.
I would recommend GPS to anyone, and I will use them again, BUT, I would say to call the company before placing any orders for any of their SERVICE KITS.

BTW: My credit card refund which I was told would be credited to my card would be next day, well I received an email from GPS the same day I spoke with the sales person and my card was credited the app. $240.00. That was nice!

Good Company

I have made several purchases from them. I have generally been happy with them and recently, they really stuck with me on getting the right part when the one I ordered was manufactured incorrectly by JD. Their prices are good and their shipping is reasonable.
