I like ordering my groceries online here. Most deliveries are on time. but once they missed an item and refunded me. Make busy weeks easier.

My first order from nemlig.com. The driver arrived exactly on time. All products were delivered and nothing was missing. Everything was fresh, and the quality of the kale was better than at Kvickly, Fotex, etc. The driver, Ayman, was very polite and helpful. I got som chocolate which i did not order and want to retur but driver said it is a gift from company. I will definitely order again. Order number: 1055539219

LAck of communication between customer service and driver
I purchased my products to be delivered in a range of 3 hours. I got notified that the delivery would be done rather early. Therefore I contacted customer service to make sure that at least the bread should be pot inside a box I prepared for this purposed and placed outside my main door. Last time the birds ate the bread so I did not want that to happen again. The customer service agent told me he will tell the driver. But when I arrived home, the bread was on the floor and instead they took the box away! so not only they took the box but also the berad was just there exposed to the rain. This is VERY bad.

Expensive and not cheap
Expensive, before 300-400 kr delivery now you have to buy minimum 500 kr so , it’s not easy to order with nemlig everytime .. and product are expensive also …

Reliable service, but recent issues with deliveries
We’ve generally been very satisfied with the quality of products and the level of service provided. However, in recent orders, we’ve noticed some issues—items have either arrived missing or were replaced without prior notice or our agreement. We hope this is a temporary hiccup.
