Very bad experience
Very bad experience. Had received phishing message wanted advice. Tried for more than one hour on the chat to get into contact with someone gave up. Tried to call: "You are now number 40" was the response. This is not good enough for a company with national monopoly. Anyway, Why do I have to do this in English, and not Danish. The company is operating in Denmark

Agent Isabella: Assistance with request for new temporary password
Isabella was my agent. I told her what I needed help with, she provided me with some options and then processed my request for me. She was both friendly and professional which I greatly appreciate. She also provided me with a timeline for when I could expect my letter in the mail.
