ABSOLUTE & UTTER TRASH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Absolute trash. Don't even waste your time. I have had about 10 different orders cancelled in a span of 2 months. These people are garbage and beyond unprofessional. Upon calling to speak with a supervisor, I was yelled at and spoken down to. This company's future is not looking so good.

Absolute worst customer service I've…

Absolute worst customer service I've ever encountered

Ordered sunglasses as a gift for my wife. The box showed up with an empty case, no $400 sunglasses. Ok, it happens. We get put through the third degree by online customer service (really cant blame them) they assure us another one is being sent out right away. Just got an "automatic charge" for the full amount of the original again... NEVER AGAIN

Terrible Customer Service

Ordered on 8/5, afterward I received an email stating it was backordered. No updates. I called today to inquire about status none available. I complained and within hours they emailed me cancelling my order. This is the 4th terrible customer service incident with NM. I'm never shopping here again. I wish I read reviews first but silly me I assumed NM was a luxury store. Unbelievable.

Very disappointed

Very bad. No wonder other people feel the same way. I've got a defective leather L'Agence jacket which was originally $1595 (but I doubt it) on sale for $406.19 total, I texted them with the pictures and they sent me shipping label. I shipped it back immediately Monday
8/7/2023. They received my package Saturday morning
8/12/2023 and still refused to process my refund! The lady in the chat told me they need more time since they have another orders. Sorry but is this my fault? You sent me an expensive jacket which look like it's been worn before. I need my money back! Absolutely disappointing. I have an experience with return of defective item in another company and they've refunded me as soon as I shipped it back without any questions.

And Neiman Marcus, Houston galleria I call to purchase a present for my sister and I was spoken with AYSEGUL she is working at the perfume department. I was ordering portrait of a Lady by Frederic Malle this Customer Service lady she went beyond and a path to help me out. She is absolutely completely and positively 1000% very helpful for Professional person I ever spoke on the phone she was helping me to send a present for my sister, which is she live in Texas she make it so easy so simple when I talk to her 100% I trusted her and I gave her my credit card number and everything it went smooth easy simple and I want to tell to the upper management of Nieman Marcus issues. Should be proud to have employee like . AYSEGUL I live in San Francisco through the phone. I had the best experience in my life. I will never forget this lady until the rest of my life had a professionalism had a helpfulness her honesty and dignity. I am so proud of her, so Nieman, Marcus or Upper Management they should put her employee of the month to be a good example to other colleagues and to the company already I told my sister and I told her about this professional customer service my sister and her family. They live in Texas 45 minute drive from Dallas galleria she live in Pearland Texas , when I come for vacation to see my sister definitely I’m going to visit this lady with my family even she deserve more I appreciate it. Thank you so much for her help foreigners and dedicated and she love her job and she love what she does thank you my name is MIRUTS KASSA does. Worst online customer service

Worst online customer service. Tried to chat with online CS. First agent - Lizza- was assigned after 4 minutes of waiting. (3.22 entered into chat, 3.26 pm agent was assigned, 3.29 no reply from the agent).

2 nd attempt today 3.33 pm entered into chat, they said waiting time is 2 minutes, but IN REALITY I had to wait for almost 30 minutes before an agent - Cesar -was assigned at 4.00 pm. After asking my details, the line was cut off! it is insane

This NM chat apps is totally useless!! I tried to get my refund with no success

I just went in my local NM to purchase…

I just went in my local NM to purchase my favorite lip gloss. As I was checking out, the credit care machine asked me if "I wanted to donate to LGBTQ+ to support human rights"! Are you kidding me! With all the other legitimate charities in the world this is what you are asking your clients to donate towards. I find this repulsive and offensive, you have lost a client and I will be fighting and supporting everything against this woke agenda, perhaps you should understand your client base before doing this.

How are they still in business

Experiencing back-to-back orders with extensive shipping delays made me initially think I was just unlucky. However, upon reading through numerous reviews here, I came to realize that these delays, lack of reliability and efficiency seem to be a common practice for Neiman Marcus. I genuinely wish I had come across these reviews prior to making any purchases from them. I am still hoping that eventually I will receive the packages I ordered, since they're not giving me any refund or solutions.

This place follows the motto of "more money, more problems." Please spend your money elsewhere.

Never Again!

I have ordered from Neiman before without a problem. Not sure what happened to them. I ordered ONE item on 5/31/23. It was a gift that I wanted to give to someone on 6/11/23. Shipping said 3-5 days with expected delivery date of 6/8/23. When I log onto my account to check the status, it shows no order history; yet also shows “order in progress” when I input the order number as a guest on the website.

I reached out via text on 6/2/23 just to make sure everything was okay since their site showed it pending but no order history. I spoke to a representative who told me not to worry and that my item is about to be shipped. At that point, I should see the status update and appear in my order history.

As of 6/6/23 there were no updates or movement so I reached out again via text and spoke to a representative who said they had a slight delay but my item is ready for shipment. He also told me that he would refund me $30 for the inconvenience. I explained that I expected the item to come by 6/8/23 as it was a gift, so he said that he would contact the merchandising department and ask them to expedite my shipment. He said that overall, I should receive an email in 24 hours confirming the $30 refund plus something indicating the expediting request.

Today, 6/7/23, no email. I finally started googling NM shipping delays and that’s when I found all of these reviews on this website as well as other sites/forums. All reviews are saying the same thing about their poor shipping.

I went on Nordstrom’a website and saw that I can order the same item today and it will be delivered on 6/10/23 (which would still make it on time for me) or I can order online and pick it up at a nearby Nordstrom.

I reached out to NM via chat and asked for my order to be canceled. I was told they would put in a request for it to be canceled but I had to wait 3 days for a response on if it was canceled or not. I decided to call instead. The gentleman I spoke to was very polite, thorough, and professional buttttt my issue could not be resolved. He claimed my package was already labeled and possibly already provided to FedEx; but they just may not have scanned it yet to be placed in route to me. He said the cancelation request should have a response by 6/9/23 but if I don’t receive the response, I will receive an email with the shipping information instead by 6/9/23. So, if I go through Nordstrom, I will potentially be paying for the same item twice (if NM can’t cancel); and will then have to wait for my item to arrive from NM and go through the hassle of returning it.

Reading the stories about FedEx “delivering” the package when nothing was actually delivered has me skeptical about doing anything else until my cancellation is hopefully confirmed. Although I have security cameras all around my home, who knows what type of scams they have going on.

Never again with NM!

Sade made my day!

Sade made my day!! Today is my birthday and I wanted to do some online shopping but has issues with the website. Sade was very professional and assisted with the issue until it was fully resolved. I would highly recommend Sade as is very very prompt and quick. Some online agents are not as quick and often misunderstand issue, but Sade is a great communicator and left my shopping experience enjoyable!! I will definitely keep shopping at Neiman Marcus as they offer excellent customer service and assist to clients until they are fully satisfied!!!

I placed an order from this company way back in January and , despite numerous emails back and forth , I still have NOTHING to show for spending nearly £28.00 ! It's nothing short of criminal and I say empathetically do NOT touch this company with a barge pole. Totally disreputable and dishonest in their dealings.

Tried to charge me twice after they got…

Tried to charge me twice after they got the item that I returned instead of a refund. Funniest company I know... then when I tried to give the courtesy of giving them a call after disputing it with my bank, and them recommending it. Turns out to just be a huge waste of time, an hour down the drain of being on hold. Customer service reps must already be in on it because you can just tell they don't even want to be there. Giving you the infinite run around. Will not be shopping here again.

Got to say that is, Neiman Marcus isn't like how it used to be anymore. They would try to take your money and never send you the merchandise. Don't even believe when they sent you emails that the merchandise has been shipped or it is pending. Because the status will stay the same forever. They would try so hard not to ship you the merchandise that they have already charged you for. It is a shame for such a reputable company like Neiman to do things like this. Whatever you do, avoid buying from them.

Chat agents will give you the run around

Ordered an item that was “in stock” on April 9th. It never shipped so I chatted with them and they told me it would ship on the 20th. It never shipped. Was told 3 more times that it was “preparing to ship.” It was supposedly “preparing to ship” for over a week. I cancelled the order and I’m just waiting on a refund. I thought this was a reputable company but the entire experience was a joke.

Ordered a pair of "in stock" Balmain…

Ordered a pair of "in stock" Balmain boxers on 2/29, after 4 weeks of no communication I called customer support to cancel my order, the lady on the phone was extremely nice and very helpful with this process, assuring me my order had been cancelled and my card would not be charged. Imagine my surprise when I wake up on 4/07 to see a new charge to my card from Neiman Marcus for the order that was supposedly cancelled.

Neiman Marcus is a shell of what they used to be and under no circumstances will I be utilizing their online or brick and mortar services any longer.

EMPTY PACKAGE

My family and I had ordered a cologne from Neiman Marcus for my Dad’s birthday. This gift was very dear to us, it took some time to save up. There was many red flags with this company. I wish I had known to begin with. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER PRODUCTS ONLINE FROM THIS COMPANY. We received an EMPTY package. We tried reporting this package through SMARTPOST fedex and got a pop up that ONLY the company can file a claim. Immediately called Neiman Marcus, and talked to the “agents” and demanded a refund. A week later we received a PARTIAL refund. And got an email a few days later saying that the card will be charged again, because Smartpost/Neiman Marcus reported the weight to be 1.5lb.The cologne itself is 3.3oz. We have a ring camera and full video of us opening the package. It was EMPTY. We will not get charged for something we NEVER received. It is NOT okay to take advantage of people‘s trust or money. It is incredibly messed up. I wished I had found this site before ordering from them. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY ONLINE.

DO NOT SHOP AT NEIMAN MARCUS BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY DO NOT DELIVER

Placed an order on 3/12/2023 for a trip. As of today 4/2/2023 I have called and followed up or used their chat a total of 9 times and still do not have my order or any information on it. They are unapologetic and tell me a different arrival date and a different update each time. Today they charged my card for almost $600 for shoes I ordered on 3/12/2023. When I looked up the order it shows no signs of shipping. I called yet again and was told that is just an estimated date and that the order has a hold on it but they do not know why. When I asked about them charging my card they flippantly told me it would fall off when they do not ship the item so clearly they already know it is not scheduled to ship and charged me anyway. THIS IS THEFT! THIS IS THE WORST ONLINE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. No help, no solutions, no one knows what is happening. Do yourself a favor and shop ANYPLACE besides Neiman Marcus. I had a good experience at Saks recently but truthfully ANYPLACE is better than Neiman Marcus. They should be out of business.

Do not confuse the new Neiman Marcus with the old

Today is April first, 2023. I am the April fool.
A fool for not checking here first. And a fool for trusting an essentially "Debtor in Possession" Texas outfit. These apparent scammers are living off the previous reputation of the vendors' whose products they purport to offer for sale. And the old Neiman Marcus retailer, not to be confused with the new outfit with a confusing similar Neiman Marcus label.
My experience is just like the majority of victims--"I feel your pain."
