Online Order
Made an online order, which was processed within a day and then got notification it could be picked up from store when I was ready.
Pick up at store was quick and really nice staff. When I got home I found out 2 items (2kg lead weights) were missing from order, so phoned shop, who apologised and advised they’d get the items out in post immediately. Revived the missing items within a day. Overall great service.

Good value
easy shopping, with lots of choices on the website. The product was really good and less expensive than other brands (we bought an undersuit for our drysuit). The delivery was fast and everything arrived on time!

Efficient online store…
I had purchased a full face mask from Northern Diver’s online store.
Process was straightforward and I have received the mask very soon after. Out of three online orders placed on the same day in various online diving stores, this one came first.

I tried out my weight and trim harness…
I tried out my weight and trim harness today but unfortunately left the ankle weights at home. The harness was loaded with 12kg of shot. I found it to be very comfortable and it appears very robust and well made which I have come to expect from Northern Diver. Thank you.

Northern Diver Eve BCD
I've just received the Northern Diver Eve ladies BCD and am really impressed with it for the discounted £250 I paid for it. It has integrated weight pockets, trim pockets, and more D rings than I have things to attach to them. Whilst I've yet to get it wet it appears really good quality with everything you need for a UK dive. Delivery was in 48 hrs.

Fantastic support
Fantastic support. I ordered some Paralenz spare parts and the parcel service lost the packet and was of no help (French postal service, their service is very bad), but Cara from Nothern Diver could find the packet and resend it to me. All this in no time, keeping me informed frequently, at no cost.
