This is a fake company, takes your money and delivers nothing.

Ordered a brand new tank from this company. Had it filled for the first time and it runs out of test this year! Manufacturer date of 2024. Now will cost me more money. Avoid these rip off merchants….

Ordered two bail out cylinders 1 15 litre cylinder, 2 bail out arrived still not got my 15 litre cylinder the order was placed on the 11 august 25 it is now Jan 22 26, tried calling constantly no response no reply to emails. Absolutely avoid buying from this shop im over £200.00 down seems like there just keeping my money and not sending out the cylinder at this point. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Placed an order in March & knew delivery might take a few weeks as retailer was awaiting new stock .

However as time went on & polite chasing emails were not responded to & phone calls were brushed off with same old excuses I began to get sceptical about this online shop.

Eventually after no satisfactory outcome I've now received a refund & got the same product within 3 days of contacting a different supplier .

Complete waste of time !!

Useless. Said product was in stock, paid for it but received nothing. Emailed and called but no response. Waste of time...

Ordered some different lines, reel and line-cookies from this place. Initial price went up when going to checkout. Went through anyway. They charge you the full amount instantly. When shipping details/tracking came it showed that they only shipped half of the order of the items the website listed as in Stock and the rest was getting ready for shipping. I contact them and they tell me that they are out of the items and they need to get new home. Fair enough. I have now waited 20 more days and 3 days ago i asked them, when they would send my payed for items and I got no reply. I wrote them again yesterday and still no reply.

Tried to buy an item on their website which was clearly detailed on the page under the item that it qualified for free shipping however when I went to order and pay, there was no option for free shipping.
This appeared misleading
I contacted the company to question and was told that it should not be on there!
As it had stated free postage I was therefore expecting it and it seemed only reasonable for them to provide the free postage as it was their error, however they refused.
He was then quite dismissive which made me question what they would be like if I purchased and had any issues. The item was also not currently in stock and the dates I was given of it being in stock was different than that detailed on their website and on contacting the manufacturer they told me this item won’t be available for a couple of months so could have placed my order and been waiting for months. Again I felt he was dismissive and therefore put me off buying from them.
Also following trying to order in which I had entered my details when I noticed the shipping was not free, but not processing the order, I received a marketing email from them.
Being sent emails from a company where I have not sent my details to is quite concerning to me and can’t trust them.
