Amazing communication, clarity and velocity to get refinanced. From our first call with questions to final closing took a few days and it was super smooth.

The team that assisted me during my VA home loan experience were absolutely amazing. I was kept in constant contact with, all the steps I took were explained to me & the entire process was seamless. Even my realtor was impressed. 20 Stars & would absolutely recommend. My sincere thanks to all involved!

There was a lack of communication and follow-up with title which led to a lot of issues 6 days before I was supposed to close on my home. This caused an immense amount of stress not knowing what my housing situation would look like just 6 days before I was supposed to close and get keys. Additionally, they did not understand IL law which also delayed and almost made me cancel purchasing my home.

Tried to add my outside checking account to pay credit card payments. Initially, allowed their 3rd party to access my outside account. It showed briefly then disappeared. Then tried to use the "small deposits" option and the outside account appeared long enough for 1 payment, then disappeared. The website is the worst I have ever seen for a financial institution; particularly when they provide excellent service.

From the beginning of the auto refinance application to the time we picked the check at NFCU was a flawless process. I want to thank all the staff at the Pembroke Pines branch. I want to give a special thanks to Tania, the branch manager to taking care of my loan process. Tania, even followed up with me the following day to make sure we were satisfied. Tania, also provided valuable information for how to get the title of the car. We're very grateful NFCU has such a great person on their team.

Navy Federal does NOT support veterans!!! I am astonished that my son who had to get out of the military and is now 100% disabled, only has an apartment with no debt and a substantial savings account, and a credit score in the high 600s, was turned down for a car loan with Navy, whom he has banked with for over 5 years, because he has never had a loan before. Not only that, they stipulated they wanted a cosigner who has a savings account with them. If they think this is what supporting our veterans looks like, then they are the problem!!! This is disgraceful. I will be making sure he transfers his disability check to be deposited into USAA. I have seen Navy give the worst credit, a car loan, but not today!!! I'm beyond disappointed and ticked off
