We visited the Trafford Centre store today and were greeted by Ash Rana.
The store looked and smelt amazing. They quality of the furniture was immediately clear to see.
Ash allowed us to wander of our own accord then was on hand to answer our questions.
The excellent service and quality led us to purchase a sofa.
Great customer service and will definitely be back to purchase more furniture.

Ash went above and beyond to help make a honestly memorable sale. His 32 years knowledge in the industry was obviously easy work for Ash as he was top draw.

Amazing experience with Mel from Paisley, as always! Sold my parents their sofa and we returned to the Paisley store for our own.

So, Sofa repaired it took ages, then 6 months later same problems, 11 calls to Natuzzi UK they are useless, even the engineer said sofa not fit for purpose, and that it should be replaced, they promised to get back to me over 4 months ago, and now are not even returning calls.... looks like legal action... all in all,,, very poor quality and service beware

The worse customer customer service I’ve received and possibly the worst sofa!

Screws from under the recliner chairs have snapped off and they say it’s not there responsibility and apparently it’s not a structural fault, an on-going query for many months and no replies at all.

Another cushion has worn and visible sunk compared to the others!

I would never buy again from them, shame as I was very excited by the brand and sofas when I brought them several years ago but and my old DFS sofas lasted over 15 years!

Very good meeting with Shaz at Paisley who showed us lots of couches and was very knowledgeable about each and every one of them!
We bought a two seater couch with electric recliners on the day!.. well done!

I had a very disappointing experience with Natuzzi, and I would never buy from them again.

Around two years ago, I ordered an L-shaped sofa costing almost 5k. The measurements were taken by Natuzzi’s own staff, but when the sofa arrived, it didn’t fit properly because the measurements were wrong. Instead of accepting responsibility, they blamed me for the mistake.

What disappointed me even more was the complete lack of customer service afterwards. Over the past two years, nobody contacted me to check how the issue could be resolved or to offer any goodwill gesture. I was left to chase them myself.

Eventually, I went back to the Brent Cross store and discussed ordering a different, smaller sofa. Even though it was smaller than the original, they refused to refund the difference or explain clearly what the final cost would be. The whole process was confusing and frustrating.

The staff at the Brent Cross store showed very little professionalism or concern for customer satisfaction. I felt ignored throughout the entire experience, despite spending nearly £10,000 with the company.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend Natuzzi or the Brent Cross store. Even if their sofas were heavily discounted, I would never buy from them again. Good customer service is just as important as the quality of the product, and unfortunately, that was completely lacking in my case.

Went to Brent Cross store to look to furnish our new home, the customer experience was unlike anywhere else. From start to finish friendly, approachable, knowledgeable and an extremely pleasant experience all thanks to Faizul.

We purchased an $8,000 reclining leather sofa. The company came out once to set it up, but it soon started malfunctioning. Since then, we've been unable to reach anyone to schedule a service call or even help us troubleshoot the problem.

The lack of customer service after the sale has been extremely disappointing. Based on our experience, I would recommend that others look elsewhere.
