I have already put in a complaint about…
I have already put in a complaint about DPD. They didn't give a time of delivery and didn't ring the bell to tell us it was delivered. They left it on front door step in full sun and it had started to defrost by the time we knew it was there.
This has happened before with DPD.

Product is great, my dogs love it. Your customer service is also great, but the delivery is awful. I ended up with two lots delivered on the same day one completely defrosted and the other just on the turn which I had to dispose of. Thank you for the extra delivery but it must be costing a fortune.
