They also don't have enough phone staff and I'm not paying them to wait on the line. Next 'free' catalogue will get returned to sender.

The ordering process is straight forward and the goods arrived when expected.

Automatically opts users in to email and postal marketing. This is illegal in the UK.

I have Dolphin Fitness to thank for discovering this company. After a bad experience with Dolphin Fitness I decided to try another natural company Natural Collection and I'm very happy with how my order was packaged and delivered so thank you Natural collection for your care and diligence will definitely be ordering with you again!

I came across this site via Google when searching for a specific product. I read the Trust Pilot reviews for Natural Collection and other sites which sold the product and Natural Collection had the best rating. I browsed the T&Cs on their website and then placed an order. I chose next day delivery and my order was dispatched the same day and delivered the next day by DPD. The item was wrapped securely. All perfect. Will definitely order from this site again.

I had a few problems with my order, mostly due to Evri not delivering. However, Natural Collection customer services were quick to respond and resend my order. Two glasses were broken but again, another set was despatched next day and eventually I had the complete set originally ordered.
Excellent customer service.

Ordered a spice rack which was ok but oh the email deluge that followed.

I’ve had almost one a day, some days two. Unsubscribe doesn’t seem to work. I will never ever buy from them again.

I have bought from Natural Collection for many years and have always found them excellent. Their website makes it easy to order and purchases are delivered promptly. Their products are clearly described, ethically sourced and good value.

Purchased an Aloe Vera gel with ingredients that I have used before and I've now I had a rash for 2 days. Contacted Natural Collection to return the product, which they refused saying that I should have checked that I'm not allergic to the ingredients, I said I did... Needless to say I won't be purchasing from them again.

This company excells in all it does, it provides ethical shopping options that are fair trade, organic, eco & ethical, & supports other ethical smaller companies in it's provisions. I have been a customer for many years & thoroughly recommend them. Natural Collection has set a blueprint for how global trade & shopping can be done well. The customer services team, should you need to call, are friendly, kind & informed & do everything possible to resolve any issues. It really is a faultless company (& it's sister company Ethical Superstore)... set a blueprint for how online shopping experiences should be in the 21st century in a caring ,& just world.

I was so pleased to find an online store that sold all different brands of natural products, it made it easier to shop for them all in one place. I have numerous allergies and very sensitive skin. The items ingredients were clearly listed and the price of the products were good, the online shop was easy to navigate.
My items were delivered quickly, packaged well and I was updated with delivery notifications.
I am very happy with the products and I've had no adverse reactions to any of them. I would definitely recommend natural collection and I will be a returning customer.

been using company for a few years to buy in bulk eco friendly laundry & household cleaning products, toilet rolls & personal washing products. Often have discounts & money off offers which makes it even more cost effective as well as a wide range of brands to choose from. Delivery times can vary sometimes a few days other times more than a week. Always well packaged in reusable/ recyclable/ compostable packaging. Have to spend over £70 to get free postage which is quite steep but occasionally do a better offer on postage. Reward scheme is poor as points only available for a short time before expired so never get a chance to use them on next purchase. Overall very happy with experience shopping with them.

Very poor, ordered something that said it was in stock, money taken from my account. Never received an email confirming the order, the order never showed on my account despite me being logged in when I ordered it. Never got the item of course! Called to ask for a refund and was told it would be processed in a few days. Nearly a month gone by and nothing. I won’t buy anything from them again, very dodgy.

I've been waiting for a refund for some weeks and have called you three times. I've been told it's approved but still hasn't come into my account.

I am always happy with my experience of using Natural Collection. I am not a regular shopping, perhaps two or three times a year. I mainly stock up on items that are Fairtrade.
Nothing to complain about in regard to the whole experience from placing order to receive my goods. I always have wide range of products to choose from. More importantly it states quite clearly when a product is not available, avoiding disappointment later. My order has always arrived within promised timeframe. delivery.
