One star for this company is too much! Ordered a coat in natural lambskin, but received a fake synthetic product. Returned the next day, according to their instructions, with their return labels.
When you will post back the return package they will never pick it up (the post ID tracker shows not picked up after 2 months). With that,​ they think they have a reason not to pay your money back. This business model is actually a pure fraud, which should be reported to the police. (After almost 2 months I made my money claim through ​my credit card company).

I ordered some jackets on November 2021, yes, and today October the 13th 2022, they sent me a factura for those items that I ordered and I DID NOT KEEP, because the quality was AWFUL and they were made in china. I RETURNED everything, I got the CONFIRMATION and even KLARNA has canceled the invoice because Natures Collection registered the successfully made return. So in other words, we OWE nothing to them. Still they sent me an invoice for more than 8,000 sek about 20 min ago. I have called to ask and complain, the woman who answered barely speaks and understands English, not any eager to help and didn't seem to know what I was talking about.

If they don't solve this we are taking this to the police and other authorities for legal action against them. They want to steal our money.
