I ordered a home filing cabinet and am very pleased with it. Nice and sturdy and also looks great in my office. The delivery and customer service was also excellent - they allowed me to change the delivery day to one that was convenient and were very efficient about doing this. We ordered a desk with this company. We loved it, but unfortunately there was a manufacturing fault.
However, this is where I realised this company was a quality outfit. They responded instantly to my email, called me to arrange an alternative to be delivered NEXT DAY. The alternative was slightly cheaper, and they refunded me the difference very quickly.
The products they are selling are very good quality, their level of customer service is excellent.
The only thing I would say could improve is the delivery, the first person we had was great, but the pallet service is probably best suited to a business rather than domestic delivery, and as a creative suggestion, maybe find a haulage company who will offer a domestic service, and delivery into the home or room of choice (recognising this might cost a little more, it would be nice to have the option).
I am getting some additional elements such as a chair, and I would use them again for this. I also have a business and would not hesitate in using this company for this.

I rang to find out more about two chairs I needed for long sitting. They have 24 hour chairs! First time I had heard of that.

The agent was very good, he sent me a video of the chair showing you how to assemble it. I was very pleased. I ordered two office chairs and they were in their May Sale.

I was expecting them on Tuesday after Bank Holiday, but they were delivered on Saturday with no issues. My husband assembled both and I was able to use them immediately! One for downstairs study and the other for the bedroom where I do Zoom regularly.

I was very grateful for the excellent handholding I received, which makes all the difference when you need help and not sure what you need or what is available. The quality was superb and I can sit comfortably for long periods without feeling fatigued.

Every day I use my chairs; I am happy because they are an amazing investment which will give me years of comfort of which I am grateful. I will buy from this company again!

I have purchased an American Light Oak Curved Panel Ended Office Desk with mobile pedestal with 3 Drawers and chair + requested NEXT DAY DELIVERY.
1) From Start to the end, I have been well informed of the progress status of my order [with emails coming from NOFS (for and about the order) and texts and calls coming from PalletWays (for the delivery)].
2) The delivery was on time. The delivery guy from PalletWays went above and beyond as he helped me to unpack the pallet and to store everything in my garage. And as he didn't have much more deliveries to do on that morning, he also offered me to take back the pallets (it will be used for another delivery. I was not expecting that as they normally leave the pallets with the order (WHEN YOU ASK FOR NEXT DAY DELIVERY). I must admit, it was a relief for me. So... Huge thank you to them for the service they provided.
3) Everything was properly wrapped and protected for the journey.
--- The quality of the American Light Oak Curved Panel Ended Office Desk is much better than I thought it would be. It is extremely sturdy. It really looks great in my office!
--- The mobile pedestal with 3 drawers under the desk came completely mounted (as advertised on the website), at the exception of the handles and wheels (it is no big deal and it is normal as it is to make it easier for packaging). I really like it too.
--- the "Grey Fabric Gaming Chair" is another great product. Heavier than I thought it would be, but it reassures me it is not a chair which is gonna tip easily after a wrong movement. I have mounted it quite easily and it looks nice with my desk.
Overall, this experience with NOFS and PalletWays has been outstanding and I hope they will keep on the good work. I will not hesitate to order again with them and/or to refer them to friends/people.

The low bookcase was accurately tracked and delivered on target time and in perfect condition. It was a heavy item but was easy to construct. I’m delighted with its build quality and it easily fits the larger items I wish to fit on it. I am more than happy to thoroughly recommend the product and and producer.

Horrible. They did not deliver at my door, but far away, and for just a table and a chair they brought three pallets!!! And told me I need to dispose of those in a tip!!! Rejected the non-delivery and never again!

Great VFM, very practical and very much ‘what it says on the tin’.
Although be prepared for the size AND WEIGHT of the delivered packages, as a 80plus person needing to get desk and shelving unit up-stairs I had to unpack in the kitchen doorway where the driver delivered them and carry them upstairs in small bundles.
I should have considered the size and weight BEFORE. ordering.
Once in the right location the flat-pack style assembly was easy and quick.
Very satisfied.

The desk I purchased was delivered within a few days, was of very good quality and easy to assemble. Would definitely consider purchasing other items from this company in the future.

I liked the very good quality furniture and am very pleased with the finished item .
The one very poor but important item is the assembly instructions.
There were no written instructions in a clear order, only a near indecipherable series of poor diagrams. The diagrams were not even clearly reproduced, due to their minute size, which led to an unclear order and method of assembly. It is such a pity to spoil the overall quality of this product for the want of some half way decent instructions. Please correct this. It will benefit you!
