I’ve been practising my theory outside of the national intensive course, but I wanted to do the theory programme they offered to cover all bases. Yad was my mentor and was very helpful and informative. I felt comfortable asking any questions.

I booked with National Intensive and was assigned Chely as an instructor. I have no issues with her personally, whether or not she is certified. However, I want to point out that I did not go to the testing centre with her because she refused to take me. As a result, I had to pay for another rental car, which ended up costing me a lot.
At the very least, please acknowledge that both you and the instructor did not fulfil your responsibilities properly. Instead of accusing the learner of being unprepared for the test, I want to clarify that I am indeed ready for it, thank you very much.
It is unprofessional to handle the situation this way. Please do your job properly.

I paid for a fast rack course it took over a year for them to bother contacting me back and booking my test then I started messaging my instructor 3 months before my test and all he done was ignore me and then said I didn’t give him enough time to give me lessons, hands down worse experience with a company and they are refusing to give me back the money the say the ow me because they gave it to my instructor

They are terrible, very slow, they will not book your test and will also not refund your money. I REPEAT DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM, THEY ARE SCAMMERS. The reference number is 263498076 so it was definitely them I dealt with and its not an unprompted review. This is my actual experience, very terrible business and organisation. I can also post all the emails I got from them, very terrible people
