Friendly, professional staff with good communication throughout.

Tony gave me a slot to have my tyres checked and one replaced.
My car went straight on the ramp on arrival, Tony inspected all the tyres and told me that one had a puncture and could be repaired whilst the other one had to be replaced.
He got straight on with the task keeping me informed at every step. After completing the work l paid him and also mentioned the quiet and calm working environment, which I was very impressed with as, other garages l have been to have music/tv on so loud you can’t think straight.
Overall a great job and will be going there again, thanx Tony.

The girl who first greeted me help me find my key when I got flushtered. Between switching off the ignition and getting my walker out of the boot, my key disappeared from my hand !! I searched all round, in the car, my bags, around the car. The girl found it in the gravel at the back of the car park!! PHEW !

In general a very good experience, the staff I met were very helpful and friendly and got my repair done as swiftly as possible.
Perhaps I could have received a fuller explanation of why my new tyre was unable to be discounted via the warranty system, this would have made the experience even more positive.

First time visit and only criticism would be that a bit more empathy would have helped. In fairness, at collection it was much better.

Overall, I was happy with the service. The booking process was straightforward, the tyres were fitted as expected and everything was handled efficiently.
My only frustration was that the tyre pressures were left noticeably low after fitting. Unfortunately, this seems to be something I encounter fairly regularly when having tyres fitted, but it really shouldn’t be the norm. On a modern car, particularly an EV, getting the pressures right is basic but important.
Not enough to spoil the overall experience, but it’s an area that could easily be improved with a final pressure check before handing the car back.
Good service overall — just let down slightly by the finishing detail.
