From booking to dropping off to picking up my car everything went perfectly. I had 4 tyres replaced and all was done in a timely manner and I am completely happy with the service I received

Very easy process

I had no issues. Kept me well informed the site staff are friendly.

Ordered & paid for 4 * van tyres on 25/10. Money taken out of my business account straight away & an email confirmation was also sent to my email address.
Needed to follow up on the order & called 26/10 a little before 17:00 … the number on the “contact us” section of their website goes through to Halfords, who couldn’t locate the order & transferred the call through to another company …. Who also couldn’t find my order, my email address or my payment & said they’d need to look for it & would get someone to call me in 5-7 business days … seems very suspicious … so no money, no tyres, no-one can find anything … have gone back to my bank & asked them to look into it & get my money back, but DO NOT use or trust this website, based on this experience!!

I received exceptional customer service and my car was given a quality servicing within few hours. The engine sound was amazing and all faults disappeared. I strongly recommend National Tyres!

Great value for money on the four tyres I purchased, best I could find. Friendly, helpful and professional staff that looked after my cars wheels they even cleaned them after fitting the tryes. I will be going back there again

Rude, misogynistic 'service'. Burst tyre and moronic male wouldn't fit a new one but demanded I got off their premises whilst awaiting RAC breakdown....... into heavy rush hour traffic on busy road! Parent company Halfords did ZERO to address this, no apology.

Had 2 rear tyres fitted at Northwich made appointment online arrived on time car had tyres fitted straight away picked car up 1 hour later everything on time.
Inspecting the tyres noticed white residue left on tyres presumably when fitting tyres to the rim.
Also the old stick on balancing weights had been removed but the sticky backing was left on the wheel.
Tyres were over inflated above recommended.

easy to book an appointment, fair selection of tyres available. the garage itself is dated and feels quite run down. the waiting area needs work. the service I received was good and I am really pleased with the tyres.

I recently had a full service and MOT carried out on my car at Halfords, and I’m very satisfied with the overall experience.

Daniel was very helpful and professional, and my technician, Neal, did a great job. I particularly appreciated receiving a full breakdown of the work carried out, along with recommendations and suggestions, which were both explained to me in person and emailed to me for my records.

Everything was communicated clearly and transparently, which gave me confidence and peace of mind. Excellent customer service and a very professional team.
