AVOID
Persistent on the phone when they want you to sign up to them, then can never be reached when you need them for anything. Like others on here I feel this is nothing but a scam. Paid them to chase money from a bad debtor of ours, all we received in return were monthly emails saying that their employees had called at premises and letters were distributed, and a final one saying they could do no more. Where are the copies of the letters etc that they supposedly issued, surely a professional company would provide you with this information. AVOID

This company sent updates for the first 5 months then no communications after that, their phone number now does not work, and the internet can provide no contact details or a website for this company.
AVOID any dealings with this company if they are still trading?
They will take your money and that is about all they do!

Great service.
Great service.
I would definitely recommend this company as I have been with them for four and have renewed every year.
Great customer service, Paul was a great help and kept me informed every step of the way.
I was owed £14675 and paid £1250 which was a bargain to say the least.
Great service, 5 stars cant recommend more.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE
"Used" these to chase a debt that was owed by a contractor. I make clearly that I "USED" them loosely as they literally did NOTHING at all. They said that field collectors were sent to the registered address of the debtor, however they would never PROVE this to me neither would they present me with any information regarding letters or other correspondence they had with the debtor. I have been trying to get my money back from them for months now and nothing.
So due to this companies deceitful actions I have now lost out twice!
Avoid this company!!! Full of lies and take your money for doing absolutely nothing.
They also told me court fees were included in the original cost, that then changed as soon as I chased them up to get this debt settled.
As already said AVOID unless you want to be out of pocket twice

Further to your below comment! I have also contacted your company via telephone to request the proof of visits (dates, times, copies of letters and also any other info you would have) you have promised on 3 occasions that it was posted but nothing received. I have also sent in a letter requesting a refund as I'm going to persue legal action against you as you have not kept you end of the bargain.
Your welcomed to listen to the phone call that I had when setting it up, the agent was called Gavin and if I remember correctly, surname Turnball.
You charged me around £450 for a service that you cannot even prove you provided. So no I do not want any good will gesture for court fees, this has already been to court without your lack of help.
I want a full refund of the fees I paid for the service you DID NOT PROVIDE. Once that has been refunded I will happily change this review. But until then you are still feeding people with lies about posted documents, enforcement visits etc.

To say that I am disappointed by this review is an understatement. At no point during our conversations with you have we ever intimated that we will pay your court fees. That would be counter-productive as we would never make a profit and our main aim is to settle out of court. We DO, however, offer a service whereby we complete your court papers free of charge under your subscription.
As a gesture of goodwill, within reason, I will authorise a contribution to your court costs if you want us to take the case that way, but in the meantime you should know that reviews like this cost us business and we are pursuing damages. Please contact me on Monday quoting the reference TP/DC/21072 and either remove this review immediately or edit it.

Thank you for this Paul. Many of our clients have tried to leave positive reviews but they have been removed. I don’t know why, but I’ve tackled the detractors. We wouldn’t have lasted this long if we weren’t as good as you say - 24 years and more.

Can you tick MINUS 100. I employed these guys to chase debt , they were rude, never returned calls and as far as i can tell did nothing . when I asked for a report i received nothing AVOID like the plague. Wasted my companies time and money .

They basically took the fee and did nothing, they send an email update each month which is the same every month, stating that they couldn’t make contact, lies really!
When you try to complain forget it, you get nowhere, take my advice steer well clear!
