I have had to chase them every month for the last 3 months, and they STILL haven't spoken to the debtor.

I can't believe this people are still…
I can't believe this people are still getting away with this? I was scammed and disgusted 2 years ago.
NE1 Debt Collection scammed the life out of soo many people and then simply changed the name to Elite Debt Collection?
Please do no use this company. I was robbed of over £5K and they promised to help and get it all back. As soon as I paid their fees of £500+ vat nothing!? An utter disgrace. All the negatives on here are the reality and something needs to be done about it
Please avoid this company
Please avoid this company. They promise the world, take your money. Write to you twice and then become invisible from then on. Then they have the cheek to take more money without your authority claiming a clerical error promising a full refund. I am still waiting for this refund 6 weeks later. Avoid this company at all costs!!
If I could give no stars I would

This company now trades as Elite Debt Collection - ****DO NOT USE*****
They have not been in touch with me since July 2019, no reports or updates on retrieving my outstanding debt. They then take £240 from my bank account in Feb, then again in March!!!! They e-mailed me on 20th March saying the funds would be returned within 5-7 working days. I'm still waiting for my refund. I have called & emailed on several occasions asking for my money, but no-one gets back to me.

SCAMMERS! BE AWARE!
Absolutely shocked and horrified to be told today that these crooks have run off with my money. I have been paying them far more than I can afford for the last 8 months to clear a debt that was sold to them. Not a single penny has been passed on to the person I owe the debt to.
NE1 Debt collections do not use them…
NE1 Debt collections do not use them it is all a scam. They keep calling you to start with but they can not get back to you, when you need them. They were going to pay us some money back because they charged us to much we have been waiting and waiting do not use them
Got me some of my debt back.
I recieved some of my money back from a debtor, but not it all but that wasn't their fault, as the debtor would not play ball.
DO NOT USE -SCAM
On 7th January 19 we passed a debt onto NE1 Debt Collection, for £1440 we received a monthly update on the 26.02/19 saying that the debtor was currently refusing to acknowledge their correspondence and we would received further update when they had new developments. Then just by chance we spoke to our debtor who advised us that he had made a payment to NE1 on 17th January including interest of over £1700.
I then contacted Stephanie Hall at NE1 to ask why we hadn't been informed and when we would receive payment. they have used excuse after excuse and I am still awaiting payment today 15/05/19. Phone calls are unanswered and Solicitors letters returned as not at this address.
We paid £240 for the service but are now £1680 out of pocket.
DO NOT USE
AVOID AVOID AVOID
To be honest I wouldn't even like to give 1 star. Absolutely awful customer service.
Whoever thinks you would gain a customer by hurling abuse at them? Someone needs some customer service training!
Total Scam
Total Scam, took my money but did nothing and wont even reply to me, paid by credit card so trying to get it back
NE1-NCS Ne1debtcollection.co.uk is a total scam
NE1-NCS, ne1debtcollection.co.uk is a TOTAL SCAM. DO NOT WASTE YOUR VALUABLE TIME AND MONEY.
Mark the so called manager (at the time) is just a salesman. Stephanie Hall, forget it, she is of course in on this disgraceful set up.
I was robbed of over £3000k, I couldn’t put a price on the nightmare 3 months period I had because of my situation caused by a cowboy. Mark totally convinced me they would easily reclaim the money owed to me (given I already had a judgment on this person) plus interest as they had the information to be able to attach to the debtor's earnings. I stupidly paid the £450 inc VAT in August 2018. You are supposed to get monthly updates of progress. I have had two woeful updates in total. Basically, I have paid for a letter before action that costs £2.00 from other avenues. It is no coincidence mark is very active and available on the phone prior to payment. Try contacting him or anyone of supposed authority after payment. It is disgraceful that a company can morally take advantage of an already terrible situation. Okay they offer no guarantee that they can recover the money owed but compile a very convincing case to make you believe that they will. I have asked countless times via phone and email for evidence of any letters sent, bailiff visits, and the promised proof of the attachment to earnings and I just get ignored? I feel totally robbed and devastated by this as I put my faith in this company to help me yet their intentions are to make easy money. If they convince just 5 people like me to pay in a week that’s £2250, £108k a year. No wonder Mark is so active and chatty on the phone to begin with. This company will disappear very soon. I gave up hope a long time ago but I am stubborn and won't stop until I have some recompense. There is no mention of Stacey GRIEVESON on NE-1 the director? On companies house, this company has a proposal to be stroke off!!”
Good Service
I sent NCS 5 debts and they collected 3 of them in for me, can't complain.
NE1-NCS Ltd aka national collection service the number is 0191 303 4000
I have been hassled by the company many times. everytime i tried to get them to remove me from there phoning list they just say something like well call back and then rudely hang up while I'm in the middle of a sentence. I managed to find a functional number for them and was greeted by a nice lady who removed me from the phoning list. Hopefully they don't ring back. I think your real company name is NE1-NCS Ltd and there number is 0191 303 4000. there other number isn't functional.
They take your money- no phone number active- beware
They take your money. You then wait to here- and wait and wait. when you email they dont reply and now there phone number is dead!
Absolutely disgraceful so called…
Absolutely disgraceful so called 'sales' techniques. Your employee called the company I work for asking for a Director. When told that they do not take calls, and "Could I help?", your employee answered "No" and slammed the phone down. Upon calling back to report this, I was told the name of your company on the automated answer, so called a different number from Google - this number does not work.
Little did she know that I deal with the Finances of the business, and should we have needed a 'Debt Collector' (Which I am pleased to say we don't), it would have been me that she needed to give her sales pitch to. If we ever do need a Collection service, your company is top of our AVOID list! Well done - maybe you should spend some of the money you earn from the people you manage to get on board to send your staff on a training course to gain basic manners.
AVOID
AVOID. Took me for £540 and ran. Promised the world and provided nothing.
