I was a longtime customer of Namecheap until I moved my domains from it for personal reasons. I have no complaints with their service, besides their control panel maybe being a bit dated.
Unfortunately, I had to take 1 star off my rating for each spam mail I've received from one of their big AI business customers without any response from Namecheap's email abuse staff.
If you're a big important AI business, I recommend Namecheap for the service of sending out spam mail with no repercussions.

Not intuitive or user friendly whatsoever. No clear easy way to get a website up and running without tons of hours on hold w customer support only to find out I have to basically spend a few thousand dollars on a web designer. What they do needs to be clearly stated , not generically typed into a review response. Lame.

Hey so far I have no complain!! Namecheap so far is the best platform which I tried others.. definitely if there’s UX improvement for Cpanel that will be great!! But I believe majority of the clients had already used to the current UX. So my suggestion is to having a switch UX preference like more modern kind. Thankss
