The shoes I bought had a small defect and the client service was very helpful in fixing things for me.

The store where I bought the shoes (in Lisboa) was a pleasant one and the lady that sold me the shoes was very kind and helpful.

I have been wearing a pair of boots from this company for over 4 years now.
They are great!

The shoes are not great quality for the price so be warned.

Paid €100 for the Dara Pink lace-ups, and wore them about 10 times (in a 2.5 year period). The shoes cracked in multiple places. And I wore them only to the office. No long walks, no tough terrain.

The pre-loved program also expects you to pay the return shipping. So basically of the €25 voucher, I'd get nothing. I am quite disappointed and have contacted customer service, who were sweet but unhelpful. This is not great service for people who want to support small businesses.

I ordered a pair of sandals (via Immaculate Vegan) and the shipping was quick. Unfortunately they were the wrong size so I had to return them and the return process went fine.

My second purchase was a pair of black Hebea sandals. The fit is great BUT the straps in the middle of the foot are waaaay to long so I had to take the shoes to a shoe cobbler to fix it. This involved removing the sole + heel, ripping out the middle straps, shortening them, and then glueing everything back together.

I'm not sure how the length of these straps wasn't caught earlier in the manufacturing process. You really can't wear the sandals without shortening the straps, it looks comical.

Otherwise the sandals are very cute and look high-quality.

Could not return the shoes because they had dust on them. The shoes' surface naturally collect dust and I even received them with dust, and acknowledged that that's the nature of the material.
But once I tried to return them because they caused pain on my heels, the customer service objected.

Further, for a size guide they refer you to different parts of their website, but nothing is there. There is no size chart.

The retourner policy is a scam.

I return shoes because of color that was différent from the webdite and they accused that the shoes has been wear because of faint trace on the shoes.

I only tried them inside…

Too bad for an ethical brand…

I bought the bottle orange trainers some time ago but haven’t worn them except for a couple of occasions. When I went to wear them recently the label on the heel was disintegrating! NAE said some of their materials do this, even though the trainers have been kept in their original box. Very poor. I’d bought them through Avesu so was told to speak to them but there was no assurance that NAE would work with Avesu to resolve the issue. Buy at your peril.

I purchased the Dara sneakers, and they're great -- very cute and versatile. And Neuza gave me perfect guidance on the sizing. Her customer service was terrific.

I bought shoes from the website, even if I have not received the item due to some misunderstanding with the local courier, the customer service has been exceptional! I am a big fun of their products and their mission and ended up buying the shoes locally ❤️

I thought the products were reasonably priced, shipping was quick, and the shoes and belt I got were impressive in material quality. One note is that the threads holding the side seams of the tongue of both sides of the “Fiore Black vegan loafer chunky sole“ started coming undone almost immediately. I can’t upload a photo here, unfortunately. Otherwise I’m very happy with the shoes and the belt I got.

I have been a NAE VEGAN customer for 10 years. I was in a wheelchair with orthopaedic boots. Nae Vegan boots and shoes gave me the ability to walk! I average 1.400 steps a day now. This company gets my vote for BEST in the business!

i ordered the fiore shoes. i love the style of the shoes, i find it especially difficult to find cute vegan work shoes that aren’t heels. they are a bit big, so i had exchange for a smaller size which was a little bit difficult since they’re from portugal. unfortunately the smaller size still slips in the heel a fair amount. they are built fairly sturdily. so if they didn’t slip i feel like they would be fairly comfortable shoes. my main issue was that they creased SO much just after the first wear :(.

I bought shoes from them before and they were great, have no wear and tear after two year use.

I try to buy new ones but they are always sold out on size 47.. I've looked on your website multiple times hoping for updates :)

Finally vegan shoes that have intermediate heels (usually you find only very high heels or flats with few choices in the middle).

Beautiful, very well made shoes. I gave only 4 ☆ because they are a bit big. I ordered my regular size 39, which fits me perfectly in all other shoes made in Portugal, Spain and Italy that I already own. This is my first purchase in NAE and according their size tables the shoes should have fit, I solved the issue with insoles and now they fit okay. Next time I'll be ordering one size down
