NAE Vegan Shoes Reviews 

I am really happy with the boots that I ordered (Tecla micro vegan zip-up boots). I have received a ton of compliments on them already.
I will definitely buy my next vegan shoes from NAE!

Very happy with my purchase. I bought boots online and shoes in store and both were very pleasant shopping experiences. I had to exchange the boots for a smaller size, but the exchange process was very painless and easy. Plus, the products are cruelty free which is very rare to find. I love my new shoes.

Bought a belt for men.
After 3-4 month regular wear, the metal coating of the buckle is wearing of. You can see the beneath metal (cupper color). On the other hand, the vegan leather still almost looks as new.

No replacement was offered, only a discount on the next purchase.

I ordered some loafers in size 40, and customer service got in touch to say that due to a manufacturing error, the shoes ran big, and so they would send me a size 39. The shoes are still quite roomy (which is a little tricky with loafers, I means I'll need to wear them with socks or tights or I'll blister), but otherwise they are very comfortable, and I appreciate that shoe sizing is notoriously difficult to get right.

My only gripe is that the shoes didn't look quite the same as they did on the website - there were two edges that online were neatly sewn, but in reality were simply cut leather, which of course does not look so smart. I did tell customer services, and they were nice and offered me a 15% discount on a future purchase. The trouble is, even with 15% off the shoes are still an investment, and I'm a little reluctant to buy a product that might look different to how it appears online.
All in all: well made, nice product; sizing inconsistencies but the company did try to accommodate for that in advance; but also unfortunately manufacturing inconsistencies which meant the shoes looked different than expected.
I would buy from the company again, but I might stick with a sale item to see if generally speaking the products do match the website.

I love how easy it is to shop at this site. Even though it is miles away for someone who is looking for reasonably priced vegan leather stuff. These shoes are really soft, and comfortable. I can’t believe it’s not leather! A tad on the wider side but that works for me. I walked around town in them and now they are my autopilot everyday wear.

I purchased the Jacque Vegan Leather pointed toe sling backs. They arrived quickly and fit perfectly. I really like the nude shoe with the toe wrapped in black. They will match my work attire nicely.
I also received great communication from NAE's team, having checked that I did in fact receive my shoes.

Easy to use website, fast delivery, great boots

I really like my boots! They are comfortable and served me well on their first outing on a very wet day. They also arrived quickly and with no hassle.

Shoes look good, are comfortable and last long. Price-quality ratio very good. Just ordered second pair.

My goodness me. What an unmitigated disaster this company is. Do not order from outside of the EU. I originally ordered size 9 uk size trainers in early august and they arrived after a couple of weeks and were toe-crushingly small. I don’t know what sizing they use but they were the equivalent of a 7.5 at best. I then had to pay £15 to return them along with completing the customs forms and pay for tracking to keep tabs of the process. Customs have now held my return for 6 weeks. Nae shoes have contacted me today telling me that customs may or may not release the return and may take a very long time to do so. The company have evidence of my return but refuse to issue a refund or send a larger size. It seems like that may well be about £60 out of pocket with absolutely nothing to show for it except hours wasted on chasing an absolutely ridiculous process. This company should make it VERY clear that no orders should be made from outside of the EU as they lack the systems to control these. They should also explain that their sizing is wrong and that their shoes come up 1 to 1.5 sizes small. I really can’t afford to lose £60 so I am absolutely gutted with this one.

The company has now replied to these concerns, unless I have misread it, with a lot of words which boil down to saying… we sent you badly sized shoes. You followed the return process as outlined on our website but customs have held it. This is out of our control, we will not give you a refund or exchange. You have lost your money’.

Beautiful sneakers, such versatile colours, and great quality. What's best about them though is that they are VEGAN waheyyy! Will be buying from NAE when I next need some shoes.

The shoes are very well made and VERY cute. i can imagine them lasting me many years and going with many an outfit. The shipping experience was also solid. Things came to my door without a problem and relatively quickly, considering i live on the other side of the world. Additionally, NAE used almost no extra packaging to ship the shoes, which cut down on the waste immensely. Highly recommend. Would definitely buy from them again.

Ordering was simple & easy. There was a delay w/ delivery but it was quickly diagnosed & remedied. As for the shoes themselves, I love 'em.

the sandals are comfortable but the strap is too short, It takes me longer to close the strap and it's a bit difficult, it could have a bit of more length, but when I close the strap then is all good.

Really nice shoes that fit well and look good. They're also better than the non-Green alternatives! These shoes fit very well but I might have gone up half a size for even more comfort.

Very efficient delivery. Delighted with the shoes, belt and purses I purchased. I had to return the belt as it was too small, but returning the item was straightforward, and was easily tracked on the courier website so I knew that NAE had received the belt.

"Free shipping worldwide and 100 day returns" does not include the high price the customer is stuck paying if they need to return. I paid nothing to ship my shoes to the US but had to pay 35 euros just to ship them back because they were too big. I got the refund on the shoes but wasted over $35 usd on literally NOTHING (I decided to just return instead of exchanging for a smaller size since I no longer wanted to support the company). I would not have purchased in the first place if you had been transparent about your shipping policy.

Comfortable shoe I brought some ankle boot over a year ago. So comfortable and stylish I love wearing them.
