My young son saved his money to order an Xbox 1 from this company on June 5, 2020. By June 19, we had not received our order and submitted a request online to the company for tracking information. No reply. This company is a scam. I'll be referring them to Better Business and making an inquiry with the district attorney in Brooklyn.

I placed an order on June 8. Paid for expedited shipping. NEVER RECEIVED Cannot speak with anyone and have created 3 tickets on their website with no response. Sent message through Amazon as well with no response. One of their phone numbers is disconnected and the other one just hangs up on you no matter what extension you choose. So if you like throwing money away order from this place!

I ordered an iPad about 6 weeks ago, paid for it, and I've heard nothing. I've sent several emails and received tickets numbers but again, heard nothing. Is it a scam? fraud? or are they just slow? I guess my money is gone. If I get anything I'll be surprised. What a sad world we now live in.

Ordered a laptop. Paid for expedited shipping. Item did not ship. N1 wireless did not respond to multiple tickets requesting information. There is no number which you can actually speak to someone. This has got to be a money laundering operation.

I would give a 0 but you can’t. DONOT order from this company bought a iPad mini a month ago and it is not working.there is no way to get a hold of them if you call their number it just rings and hangs up. If you fill out the form they don’t get back to you. They are a fraud and you buy stuff that is junk and only works for a month.

I thought I give this company a try, after all this is a country of capitalism and I like to read about how a young company sprang to the top by standing good on his word and product. I made a mistake by buying a tablet from amazon and I feel sorry for the parents that bought their kids the child's version. It's all about buy, buy, and buy...you can't be a standalone on the HD 8 Fire tablet, try downloading an outside app, I guarantee that your app will be rejected. I say amazon has about 75% control of what you see and what you buy through their tablets.
Anyway, I want to give this company a try, that is why the low rating for right now. You know what they say, if it's too good to be true then it is too good to be true. Well, let's see how this goes, I just ordered the n1wireless tablet last night. I will be revisiting this page one way or another.

I gotta say I was actually surprised based on all the negative reviews i read, I was nervous and preparing for disappointment but they came through. The “Open Box” phone was just that, except for a few minor imperfections. It accepted my Carrier with no problems, I guess I got lucky.😆

i was provided a shipping tracking number last week and still
USPS has not received pkge 4 days today is 5/19/2020.this Steve guy says
it was picked up on 5/18.their running some type of cooky service.

I received a phone that was supposed to be unlocked and it was very much locked. Unfortunately, it wasn't until after it arrived that I read their company says no returns allowed. I sent an email and mentioned politely that there seemed to be a mistake and it is actually locked, but that it was okay if they could at least give me the unlock code. No response. Pretty sad if they care so little about standing by their products that they can't even bother to give you the unlock code when they f*ed up. ..Also, even though they don't advertise this, they obviously refurbish. This one has scratches all over it and the cover to the plug is ajar. Between the shoddy work, the blatant mis-advertisement and terrible customer care, I recommend you stay far away from these guys.

I purchased N1-LED cables. They came quickly and were just as described. Work great!!! Actually they are crazy fun to watch.

I placed an order on April 22, 2020. I got an email 2 days later stating that my item was on back order and that it would be shipped within 5 to 10 business days or i can request a refund. I requested a refund the same day as the email saying it was on back order. After requesting the refund I got an email stating that my order was out of stock and they would get it to me asap! AFTER I had already requested a refund for an item that I paid extra for shipping and still have not heard back about a refund, I have not gotten any more emails from the site, I even tried calling the 2 numbers they have on the site and they are OUT OF SERVICE!!!! How convenient??? So now here I am pretty much trying to get a hold of a damn ghost for my money back!!!

I placed my order on Sunday. Paid extra for 3-5 business day shipping. Did not receive any tracking information, until I emailed asking if my item has shipped. This was Thursday Here it is Friday still no package or tracking information

I have to give a shout out to this company. Someone stole our credit card number and used it to purchase a multiple phones from this company. We received a personal call from the company wanting to confirm that it was a legit purchase before they shipped the products. We were able to confirm that it was not, they walked us through what we needed to do on our end and they filed what they needed to on their end. They even quickly sent us everything we needed for the police report. Not just any company would take the time to call the customer and confirm and spend the time making sure we were taken care of even though we aren’t customers at this time. In the future when we need phones we will keep this company in mind. We are very thankful they took the initiative and handled this the way they did. Thank you N1Wireless for looking out for my family.

SCAM, buyers be aware! I purchased a phone from N1 Wireless Inc about two weeks now for my husband, haven't received tracking number from them. I contacted them by email and still nothing. I sent a request few days requesting cancellation of order, they ignored my email and you can't reach them by phone. I will be contacting my credit card company in a minute. These people are not legit, don't waste your time nor money.

I am also being scammed by this company as it seems all these other clients are. it's a total scam STAY AWAY. i paid extra for shipping and something popped up saying address is wrong. the address was not wrong. now its a month later and still no phone and their customer service doesn't seem to work.

No customer service at all! They don't answer nor can you leave a message; it just cuts off after a few rings. I have bought three phones from them, one phone the first time and the camera died; I had no warranty. Stupidly, I bought two more Phones; a replacement for me and another for my daughter and the quality was worse. Neither phones work right and the wasted money on buying a warranty was a joke! My current phone is a real piece of garbage and they won't respond to my request for my paid warranty information. They are crooks and make my blood boil! Steer clear and save yourself from major anxiety when you need to contact them. They won't be there!

Purchased a "new" iphone 8 from N1's website with the carrier being Virgin mobile (CDMA network) and received a phone only for GSM carriers. After emailing the company several times about a refund I got no response. Tried calling and was not able to get through to anybody. Now I'm stuck with a phone I can't use.

On top of that horror show experience, I noticed this BRAND NEW iphone already has a battery capacity of 91%, just after ONE charge to start the phone up. Clearly the battery is defective or the phone was not new as advertised.
To say this company is completely unprofessional and a scam would be the understatement of the year.

They use lower prices than the average to rope consumers in and sell defective products. STEER CLEAR.

These people are scam..accepted payment for item not available and refuse to issue refund..

I was told that the phone I bought is unlocked. And I trusted and bought it around a year ago. After resetting phone, It got locked. Clearly they re-programmed a locked phone and sold it as unlocked. Now I have been trying to reach the company and absolutely no one answers my emails and calls. Previous owner of the phone has a balance so I cannot unlock it thought the carrier. So Please no one buys anything from them.
