Worst Customer Service Communication
I ordered a phone, Samsung Galaxy Note 9 Silver unlocked, from their website and the price was actually good however, the lack of customer service from them is completely appalling. The website showed that the phone was available and in stock for purchase, still shows that it is available too, and so I ordered it on September 17, my payment was processed immediately and my order status said to allow 24 hours for my item to be shipped and would arrive in 3-5 business days as they do not ship on weekends. As of September 30, I still have not received my item and had to send a support ticket to customer service and when they emailed me back, it was to inform me that my item is out of stock and is on back order and they expect my item to come in stock in 1-10 business days and they would ship it once it does. First of all, a proper company informs their customers if an item they order will not be shipped on time and why. Second of all, never ever should a customer have to reach out to support to figure out where their item is, support should automatically notify customers immediately of any changes to their order(s). Third of all, KEEP YOUR PRODUCT AVAILABILITY CORRECT AND UP TO DATE!

BEWARE, We ordered a cell phone from this company on June 12th, 2020 and paid for expedited shipping and here it is June 26,2020 and still have not gotten it. I have not had any emails or contact from this company or had any replies to the 3 emails I had sent. Also, have tried to call all of the contact numbers for them and no answer. Will be speaking to my bank about this today.
