Ordered a charging unit for my plantronics handsfree so I'd have a spare in the car in case needed to recharge. Ordered and received correct product. Quick one day service delivery too. Recommend.

I ordered a phone, Samsung Galaxy Note 9 Silver unlocked, from their website and the price was actually good however, the lack of customer service from them is completely appalling. The website showed that the phone was available and in stock for purchase, still shows that it is available too, and so I ordered it on September 17, my payment was processed immediately and my order status said to allow 24 hours for my item to be shipped and would arrive in 3-5 business days as they do not ship on weekends. As of September 30, I still have not received my item and had to send a support ticket to customer service and when they emailed me back, it was to inform me that my item is out of stock and is on back order and they expect my item to come in stock in 1-10 business days and they would ship it once it does. First of all, a proper company informs their customers if an item they order will not be shipped on time and why. Second of all, never ever should a customer have to reach out to support to figure out where their item is, support should automatically notify customers immediately of any changes to their order(s). Third of all, KEEP YOUR PRODUCT AVAILABILITY CORRECT AND UP TO DATE!

I came across this website and was very excited about the products available and the prices they offer for them. However, I was confused on parts of the website and couldn't get any explanation of it as it said link is expired. I'm curious though, so I think I will start out with something small and see how it goes.

Ordered a USB charging cable. Easy to order. Shipped within 2 days of order, which is faster than expected. Packaging looked great when arrived and a quality product. Will order again from this company.

The wireless chord came and it looked and performed exactly the way it was advertised. I love the neon glow feature with the two mini magnets. Great value for the money. I'd get another as a gift for someone else.

I purchased a N1 food scale. Digital. A great little scale for weighing food when one is on restricted diet. Only bad thing it said batteries included and there was none.

I received my correct order in a timely manner and am happy with my purchase.

You know despite the product giving me a little issue. Overall have to say the company is awesome at getting back to you seeing if your product was defective and issuing a refund, well I can appreciate that a lot so 3 stars for effort and concern!! Good Job N1 Wireless

Well 3 got what I ordered and the timing of delivery was excellent. Received items expeditiously.

First it took an extremely long time to get the product only to find it is not what I expected and will be returning it. Very disappointed and don’t understand why such a big company Walmart has any business with this company the product is like something you would get from that terrible company WISH!!!

I ordered 2 Cell phone chargers. Were delivered very promptly. I placed another order within a week for more. Same experience. Would recommend to friends and family for services. Thank you!

Ordered the phone and paid for express 3-5 day shipping. It's almost 3 weeks and they still didn't even ship it

Got the phone I ordered (Note9). Condition was not not what I expected but not to bad either. Pen was non-functional so submitted a support ticket and no response. Tried submitting again for update again no response. Tried ticket to sales dept again no response. Can't say I am impressed or would buy from again.

This company has only 3 employees therefore timing is slow for responses, however, I have ordered from them twice and both times the experience was satisfactory or better.

I received my order in great condition and love it.

Very prompt delivery and chargers will be of good use.

BEWARE, We ordered a cell phone from this company on June 12th, 2020 and paid for expedited shipping and here it is June 26,2020 and still have not gotten it. I have not had any emails or contact from this company or had any replies to the 3 emails I had sent. Also, have tried to call all of the contact numbers for them and no answer. Will be speaking to my bank about this today.

Ordered on 06/08/2020 but did not receive any confirmation email. Even I ceated ticket and called them on the number provided on their website but no reply.
