We were really flummoxed needing to replace a hard to find Grohe shower part. MyTub searched it network of UK suppliers and found what we wanted. It was delivered a couple of days later and at half the price we had seen it advertised at abroad. Well done MyTub 10/10.

I needed a replacement PCB for my own electric boiler at home which I knew may be difficult if not impossible to get hold of. The helpful staff at My Tub sourced a replacement in good time and at a good price which was delivered without fuss (all to rare nowadays) I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Really good communication and service. I used this company a few years ago and remain as satisfied today as then.

Product came quickly as promised

I have a toilet that unfortunately new standard seats do not fit. I ordered a toilet seat from MyTub that was not for a standard sized toilet bowl, but it didn’t fit. I contacted their customer service who were exceptional. A new seat was sent out and the other one picked up for me very quickly. It is so good nowadays to get help and advice that is needed. Well done!

Although in no way your fault, I think next time I might be better changing my toilet so a standard seat will fit, rather than replacing a seat at £92.

I received a very professional service and the delivery was quick, although I missed the first one as I was out. The coal and matrix were very securely packed. The price was unbeatable online as a complete set and difficult to find. I will look on MyTub first from now on.

Tremendous product and service in relation to sourcing a replacement very old toilet seat.

Like most people I chose on price and was surprised when the parts arrived - far better quality than I was expecting. Coupled to this the delivery and admin side were superb.

Seem like a reputable company with many positive reviews that I don't doubt, however they need to update their site since Laurie on the live chat told me they couldn't price match the product I was looking at nor could they offer free delivery on an item worth nearly £100. In-fact I had to be charged £15 for delivery. This isn't mentioned anywhere on the delivery page nor on the price match page.
