Delivery took too long
Unfortunately, you can not track the delivery after an order. Customer service was very friendly. However, I had to return my order because the delivery time was not met.

Very poor - not expecting to pay customs for a Company with domicile Baar (Switzerland)
Very poor. Seems to be a Swiss Homepage mytrendyphone.ch but delivery from abroad. Had to pay CHF 20.- for customs. If Homepage fakes to be in Switzerland I am not expecting to have to pay an extra fee for customs.

Very bad experience
I bought online a repair for my Samsung. In the chat I asked a customer agent to which address the phone must sent in. She gave me an address and I use exact that address.
After some days the post agency let me know that the parcel was ready to picked up by MyTrendyPhone.
Two days later I got a reminder by the Post agency. At that moment I realized something went wrong.
That customer agent told me that they don't pick up parcels at a service point. I told her that I used the exact address they gave me. She keep repeating: we don't pick up parcels and when I showed her a screenshot of the address the MyTrendyphone support agent gave me she still keep the same story. She said to me: wait till the post agency will return it to you. Now more than 2 weeks later the phone came back to me. Still broken and I need it urgent. I canceled the order I must look for an other solution. A very bad experience...sad.

I'm really sorry for the inconvenience but all packages should be delivered to our address. There is nothing wrong with the address you used but we're unfortunately not able to pick up the packages that go to some pick up point instead. It is important to choose the right delivery method - Company delivery before 17:00 next day (Företagsleverans), otherwise it might happen that the package is returned to the sender.
Since you've ordered a few more products on the same order I'll make sure that the shipping costs are refunded as soon as possible.

Well, i have some Good Words and some minor bad but Still not good.everything was good till I Got My order recently. It was a product for Google pixel phone 6, I thought but it was for Google pixel 6 pro. So the thing is this...I filtered products for pixel 6 and made an order. When I Got it I realized by size it was for pixel 6 pro. So I would like to not have that item when filtering for products. To much work to send this item back to China so I köpt it but I am disappointed with the waste of money. I mafe another order for pixel 6 and from that point all was good. But Still! It should be clarified when filtering so similar item and it shouldnt really be optional and of so Kinda red marked or something.

Hard to impossible to send them packages
TLDR: do not chose MyTrendyPhone if you need to repair or return and you live in Sweden!
Long story:
I chose MyTrendyPhone due to good reviews here to repair the screen of my Pixel 4a phone. What I wished I knew before, the company uses a Stockholm office hotel reception as a forwarding service and does not have any staff or office in Sweden. This reception is behind a locked door and PostNord failed to deliver the package.
MyTrendyPhone support staff was not transparent and kept adding information each time we contacted them:
1. "We cannot receive tracked packages delivered to a service point"
2. "You need to select PostNord 3 kilo package and add company delivery as additional service"
3. "Our office can only receive packages between 10am to 2pm"
#1 above is actually stated on their website but it took a second contact to understand how to get the actual company delivery option. However, after having done that and even when arriving between 10am-2pm PostNord still could not deliver since the outer door is locked. Had to have a friend in Stockholm hand deliver the package. He succeeded but only after waiting for someone to exit the building so he could get through that locked door.
MyTrendyPhone never acknowledged or apologized for all my hard work trying to deliver to them. Maybe they have great prices and service but it took me months to even get my device to them.

I ordered the back cover for my phone…
I ordered the back cover for my phone on 26.10 and it is 5.11 now and still didnt get it. Support, when asked, said on 2.11 that there is "some" delay but it will come in 2 max 3 days. Nothing. All other post takes 1-2 days within Sweden to reach me.
