This company did not send me a…mobile phone case

This company did not send me a confirmation email when I placed my order and did not reply to my emails and phone calls checking on the order. The item was not delivered to my so I've asked PayPal to intervene and refund my payment in full. They may not be a legitimate company, possible an example of web fraud.

Worst company policies

As they repeatedly pointed out, it was not their website’s fault I ordered Venu 3 instead of 3s’s armband. So I had to pay for the return and hopefully get my money back.
Nonetheless, I have never been treated worst by a customer service. Beyond disappointed and I will buy my accessories somewhere else, where the customer is actually respected.

Opt-out on newsletter is a dark design…

Opt-out on newsletter is a dark design pattern that should be considerd SPAM! 0 stars for you until you fix it to opt-in.

Thanks for your reply. I prefer to answer in the open, rather than write to some email where you can silently ignore me.

The design pattern you have that is BAD, is the "opt-out" of marketing. The "Acceptera marknadsföring från Lux-Case" checkbox need to be OFF by default on the purchase page. You have it ON by default, and are thus following a dark design pattern:
Google "dark design pattern wiki" if you don't know what I'm talking about. I can't paste a link here.
Update the homepage and I can change my opinion and review of you.
