The product I order is in good condition when it arrived . Fast shipping though I expected to received the package next day , but due to holiday season the package arrive a day late.

The product I received was broken, and they asked me to return it. I sent it back, and they said they would issue a refund, but instead, they sent me a new product. This whole process took 20 days. It’s impossible to reach the company; they don’t respond at all. Working with this company is absolute madness.

Very poor quality
I bought a personalized phone case with a photo. The product description showed fantastic photos with great quality, but that wasn’t the case. I want to clarify that the photo I sent for my product was high-quality! However, what I received was terrible. You can barely make out what’s in the photo. I absolutely do not recommend making personalized products from this store.

I sincerely apologize that the cover with the photo you received was of such poor quality that it was barely recognizable. I don’t doubt that you sent us a high-quality photo, but in the past few days, we’ve had issues with our printing machine, which caused the poor print quality on the cover you received. Normally, the images look exactly like the ones sent to us. The printing machine has now been repaired and is producing excellent prints.
Usually we require defective products to be returned but I’ll make an exception in your case.
You don’t need to return the product.
Already today, you can choose whether we should send you a new cover or get a refund.
As a small compensation for the inconvenience, you will receive free shipping (refunded) on this order or free shipping on your next order, depending on the option you choose.

I ordered a "Samsung Galaxy S23 5G…
Update: they have contacted me in a very friendly manner and given me multiple options to make up for the situation. Therefore I have lifted my rating. It will be lifted furthermore if they change the website to give a realistic description of the product.
I ordered a "Samsung Galaxy S23 5G Smart Clear View Flip Cover - Grøn"
And was really disappointed.
The pictures suggests that it's a magnetic close mechanism but instead its just two peices of fancy sticky tape.
Other than that the "window" doesn't show notifications.
And the overall quality is nothing near premium materials as the website states
First and last time I'm buying anything from them...

I apologize that you are dissatisfied with the cover you received.
Unfortunately, it’s only a replica of the original Samsung Smart Clear View cover. Original Samsung covers always have "Original" in the description, which is not the case here. It only costs 81 kr., compared to an original cover priced at 300-400 kr. Therefore, you can’t expect the same quality and functionality.
I will ask those responsible to adjust the product description, as it currently presents the product as higher quality than it actually is.
Normally, we ask all customers to fill out a complaint form on our website and return the product. Only when we have received the product in return can we proceed further. This is the standard complaint policy, but customer satisfaction is more important to us, so I will make an exception in your case as I don’t want to make things difficult for you.
You don’t need to return the product.
You can now choose to receive a full refund and keep the product (which isn’t defective, but simply of lower quality and functionality than the original cover).
If you’re so disappointed that you don’t want to use the product at all, you also have the option to choose another cover of better quality which can be up to 50 kr. more expensive without extra costs.
