DELAYED SHIPMENT…
Ordered two weeks ago and the order tracking has stopped updating after the first few days.
I asked for assistance from their support and they just said look for the order tracking page which isn't updating. Deceptive .ch website while it is shipping from the Netherlands.
Absolutely useless company, better to buy from a third party vendor.

They have a .ch website but they send the goods from abroad. Hence you have to pay for custom fee + VAT. I didn’t get any notice about that before buying. Not recommended

You will be taxed import tax
It’s a swiss domain, in SwissFrancs - I thought I’m ordering in Switzerland. Imagine the surprise once I received the import taxation invoice for my order.
Myprotein answered that I haven’t cover these costs although they’re not stating that they’re delivering from out of Switzerland.
Never going to order again here.

Good company and products. Only thing to upgrade is the different languages on the website and that when I open the "contact' option it shows an error message.

The UI could use a lot of improvement
The UI could use a lot of improvement. Whenever I went back to a page everything would be refreshed so if you searched something beforehand it'd just be gone. The same problem occured during checkout.
The overall looks of the app could be a little bit more polished as well.
Another thing I didn't like was how everything was significantly cheaper in other regions, but much more expensive in Switzerland.
Outside of that yeah, pretty good prices for a black Friday deal, though I have yet to try the products themselves.

DO NOT ORDER!
I ordered, paid, and gave all the details needed; 10 days later, there was no delivery, and some emails saying to start finding and calling for your parcel. I paid for delivery checked my data, and all is correct, and I decided i am not paying to look for a package they should have delivered and managed themself. Contacted support, they advised me they cannot help me, there is a link i might get help. No other offer of resolution. I submitted a chargeback because obviously, my refund request would not go by as it should. Very disappointing, this was a test purchase. Do not purchase from this site, even if it goes well. the lack of support and customer service once you need help would make you realise i was correct.

I live and ordered from Switzerland. They have 3 other official languages aside from german. Here not all speak german. Impossible to change to english, french or italian without changing the location.
