My Probate Partner is an excellent company. Having previously consulted a solicitor, I had paid hundreds of pounds and was no further forward in my confirmation application. The confirmation process makes it virtually impossible for individuals to apply without legal help. Thankfully for my wallet, the fixed price, offered by MPP was very reassuring. I was given everything I needed to obtain confirmation. The communications I received from Lucy were clear cut, transparent, friendly and very knowledgeable. I am a natural worrier, and Lucy was able to deal with each and all of my MANY queries. It gave me great peace of mind. I handed the application in to the Sheriff Court and heard the very next day that it had been approved! I was astonished.

A dislike of the cost of getting probate through a solicitor. Hearing of the length of time solicitors took to finalise it.Reading an article that it could be done with assistance, after all, you have to collect all necessary information yourself anyway, whether through solicitor or not. An introductory phone call at home, help every step of the way and advice on how it was formatted, made this way of getting probate completed with feelings of relief at a bad time.

If anyone is skeptical about doing this I urge you to go a head . I was really worried about paper work etc but the prices solicitors had quoted were outrageously expensive which made me search for an alternative. Thank you probate partner you have been so supportive and I now have confirmation after 12 weeks. They guide you through everything but I would go for the best package they offer. DO IT!

Start with a phone call with straight forward easy to understand advice and then you can decide if you want to use My Probate Partner. At a very difficult time this is the type of service you need. It is explained that you can use a solicitor if you prefer but the fixed price with access to help along the way worked very well for me. The documents are completed and provided with detailed instruction of how and what to provide for the court. Then further instructions/advice once the court have returned the Certificate of Confirmation. This company were recommended to me and I would definitely recommend them also.

Our first amateur attempt at applying for Confirmation failed miserably and the local Sheriffs Office returned our documents with the advice to seek legal help from a Solicitor. The timing was bad as our own Solicitor had recently retired. We had read My Probate Partner excellent and comprehensive online description of their services and were impressed so we made the decision to contact them immediately. I'm so glad I contacted My Probate Partner. I am an executor of my Auntie's estate, which was fairly straightforward. However without their input, guidance and expert advice, I doubt all would have gone as smoothly as it did. I chose the Enhanced Package, so after uploading the necessary documents and relevent information, they completed the forms, covering letter, supplied all relevant information in PDF format and it was plain sailing from there to Confirmation (Scotland). No issues whatsoever with Sheriff Court because the form was completed by these experts. I would definitely recommend to anyone who finds themselves in an executor role, when the estate is fairly straightforward. The tricky bit is the wording etc on these forms and courts are highly particular so unless it's completely to their standards, it will ultimately be rejected and you have to start all over again. It's a difficult enough time, without dealing with all the beurocracy. Head straight to My Probate Partner because you truly have an expert partner guiding you all the way.
