Expensive shipping costs and no response from company
I paid $99.95 for postage within Metro Melbourne for three vases. When my items arrived the box was clearly labeled with an Australia Post label - the postage only cost $19.50. The packaging consisted of one box and a small amount of bubble wrap and shredded paper. However, I was confused how this equated to $80 (when purchasing the items online I believed the postage was so expensive as maybe they were using a specialist courier or the weight of the vases made the postage costly).
I have tried to contact them via email on four separate occasions to query the expensive shipping cost. I also asked for an invoice with a breakdown of the postage/packing costs. However, I have never received a response.
There is no working phone number for this business so I have been unable to call them.
Extremely disappointed with how I’ve been treated as a customer.
