Dirty Furniture delivered
I bought a brand new couch while attending the warehouse. I was not advised that the couch I would receive would be the demo. I did not receive a discounted price for not being new and it was delivered with dirt from the warehouse. After back and forth with customer support, I was offered either $200 off or a clean. I accepted the $200 refund to contribute to the full clean. I have not received the refund and now I am expected to get it cleaned before I receive the reimbursement (i.e. going back on what they undertook to do). I need the reimbursement in order to actually have it cleaned. The inconsistency in words and actions have made it clear that I will not see the refund.
Please also be aware, any unfavourable feedback on the Facebook page is removed and blocked, so it is not an objective page.
I did give them the opportunity to make this right and warned them that I would escalate. This review could have been avoided if the company treated its customers fairly. I hope this helps future prospective customers.
