The member that I spoke to was Michael he was part of your staff. He’s very intelligent. He was very kind and patient explaining everything to me. I enjoyed the time I spent talking to him and he’s an asset to any company and he’s probably the reason that I went ahead and signed up for another year, cause I was really on the fence of whether I was going to do that or not after being with you for 10 years I was thinking this year maybe I would skip but he’s the reason that I did sign up again, so thank you, Michael and thank you for your patience answering all my questions

I am 82 years old. I was sent an email explaining how to delete a relative attached as the husband of my grandmother. It was actually her husbands brother. I was totally overwhelmed. Thought I would archive it. Save it till I could find someone to help me. Heaven only knows where it went. I need a real person to guide me through this. Can that email be sent again??? Is there anyone in the Los Angeles area that deals with this kind of thing??? Help please

every time you change screens you get the robot and it never goes away. hard to accomplish anything with the consent interruptions. robot is not necessary once you log in
