After setting up the process I didn't really need to talk with them much. However, anytime I did call in the custom service was great. The representatives were knowledgeable, helpful,friendly and most of all never made you feel like you were being judged.

They were very helpful and always worked with me if I needed to move dates around and not get penalized. It helps that they always answer when you call. They really helped me during a hard time in my life. Thank you

American Financial Solutions did an outstanding do job of managing my debt.
I only wish that they would have every year tried to negotiate with creditors to reduce the interesting rate on my debts instead of signing a one time interest reduction.
