We understand that having to contact a creditor yourself can be frustrating, especially when you're expecting us to handle as much of the process as possible. While we work directly with creditors whenever we can, some creditors will not release payoff or account information to third parties, even with authorization on file. In those situations, we may need to ask clients to contact the creditor directly to obtain the information needed to keep things moving forward.
