I have no idea what all the bad reviews are about. This product is wonderful and when I had inquiries about shipping or my order I was promptly replied to with a detailed answer. Highly recommend this product is hilarious!

Orded and paid double the price of my item for express post as we had a event I needed the product for .. I was emailed and asked for a futher 39 dollars on top of the 49 I had already paid .... $37 for the shirt and $88 for express post which they could not guarantee after my order said it was posdiable ... bk and forth with customer service, who would not listen...only to cancell my order .... not happy if your in Australia DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

Absolutely loved the socks we received but unfortunately one of the pairs was damaged after the first wear. Customer service team responded quickly and professionally, wouldn’t hesitate to purchase again.

I purchased a photo wallet and was quite disappointed with the result, I emailed them straight away and within a couple hrs I had a reply, apologetic and very helpful, offered to replace with a new one free of charge, I wasnt expecting anything I just wanted them to know my feedback.
But I was very pleased with customer service and the quick replies..

Avoid this face socks provider. They have a sophisticated system of lulling you into security with a sham customer service attentiveness. Do not be comforted by them checking you are happy with your order before they print etc. the mock up I was sent and approved was dramatically different from the item that was delivered which was cheap, poorly printed product, rubbish basically, and you could barely see the face we wanted on the product. When I wrote to customer service their response was that I approved the printing and offered me 20 % back. This product will go in the bin. I have not accepted 20% as they are not honouring their responsibility to send a product that meets the description they provided. The mock up approved is not what was delivered. Go with a company that you know is printing in Australia. These guys are no cheaper. Plus they try to add a $4.99 “ VIP” charge to every order and beware of that as there is no explanation of what this $4.99 is for. Just feels wrong, the whole experience. Do not be fooled by this company’s response below. I wrote this review after I had tried to come to a favourable outcome with them. They have no idea about how to treat a customer.

I am so impressed with this company. I had a problem with one shirt out of 24 and they could not have been more helpful in rectifying the issue. The shirts are exactly as I expected them to be. Highly recommend this company and I will be visiting them again

Every conversation I've had has been incredibly helpful, very patient, extremely efficient, and they've always come back to me when they said they would.
The products are so wonderful and made my daughter so happy! Even production and delivery times were a pleasant surprise.
When I had a design issue, Elsie was so understanding, and didn't just reassure me, she spoke to manufacturing to ensure extra attention was paid to every detail, and again, communication back and forth was far beyond expectations.
Excellent products, excellent customer service. I'll definitely be using this website many more times.

I've ordered from here before with no issues but the product I brought this time was faulty not sew together right. I emailed my issues the email were answered in a reasonable amount of time I was offered a new one at no cost to me. This to me is great customer service
