Dental Work Insurance Fraud

Ask for a copy of your dental bill always and review the charges!!! I went to Care 32 Dental in Grand Prairie for a teeth cleaning and to have a few cavities fixed. After trying to shove $12,000 worth of dental work down my throat which I did not ask for and being told that I should take out a loan if I do not have the money. DENTIST KRUNAL DESAI set my appt for teeth cleaning and cavities fix the following Monday. DENTIST KRUNAL DESAI had assistant write up a list of cleaning and fillings that needed be done. He did none of the work yet still charged my insurance for almost $1700.00 for the proposed work. My appointment was at 1:30 pm, It was approx. 15 minutes (or less) from time of applying Anesthetics to him stating he was finished! I was in my car leaving at 2pm! My teeth were not cleaned, and no cavities were fixed or filled. It appears that maybe he brushed filling material onto a couple of pre-existing fillings in my mouth. I went back and got a copy of my bill a few days later and saw all the charges. I reported the fraud to my insurance company and also to the Attorney General's Office and plan to file a complaint with Texas State Board of Dental Examiners (TSBDE) for insurance fraud!
