Poor Customer Service & Follow Up
The organization employs a gatekeeping system in which all incoming calls are filtered and screened before reaching the office staff. This often results in a preliminary response such as, "We'll check with the office," followed by disconnection. Despite making four inquiries over two days to obtain the cost of dental treatment, I experienced significant delays in receiving responses. On the scheduled appointment day, I anticipated receiving both coverage details and relevant information; however, the designated representative was unavailable, and I was assured of an email follow-up. After multiple attempts to establish contact, I ultimately received the necessary information via email days later from a different office. Horrible customer service, evidently, they do not need money.
