So far this is only about the process not about the product.

We ordered after a very successfull and easy delivery of some samples a cabinet on Nov. 4 with an advertised estimated delivery within 3-4 weeks.
NOV 11
we received a confirmation with an estimated delivery date on Dec 3.
Nov 26
I emailed for an update. I received an update that there might be a delay for up to 1 - 1,5 weeks.
Dec 10
I was advised the production of the itmes are not even finished until Dec 17. Upon my inquiry to see if an expedited shipping could take place so we can reviece the order before europe shuts down until the new year, I was advised there is nothing the can be done.
So far this entire process has been very reactive from MYCS side and unhelpful.
at a price of around 1200 € i would expect more / better service.
Trying to call the company will just ring and then after about 3 min you get kicked out. The team did call me back but told me they could not help, I would need to email.

The furniture looks really great; however, for certain configurations (like a chest of drawers with feet instead of the flat base) the design is not performed well and the construction is very unstable. My chest of drawers was shaking with large amplitude every time I opened and closed doors or drawers. I had to fix it to the wall otherwise it was unusable which means that I can not move it anymore and washing floors underneath is a pain. Unfortunately, I can not attach a video that shows the problem here, but it can be provided upon request.

Nice first impression, but the quality stands behind the price. There was missing just one little element of my sideboard, but it takes 2-3 weeks to bring this missing item. And the magnetic stoppers do not work well, after about 1 minute the doors are no longer locked - a proof for the missing quality.

Edited after support from customer service: We ordered a Gryd shelving system. The reason why this isn't a 4 star review is due to the assembly of the shelving system. The pieces we had received were mislabelled and didn't correlate to the personalised assembly instructions available online. The mislabelling combined with the assembly instructions being incorrect led us to believe that the delivery was wrong. After a back and forth with customer services we finally figured out the issue and were able to assemble the shelves.
