Continued disappointment - DO NOT TRUST

Continued disappointment! After my last review, MYCS reached out to me to find a solution. My sofa is completely ruined after just over 2 year because of their poor quality material. My sofa is literally falling apart and I have taken extremely good care of it. Complete waste of over 2000 EUR!! Never get the vegan leather! I have asked to get my sofa reupholstered and was quoted 2818 EUR for this (more than what we paid for the original sofa which is very unprofessional and cheeky). After I made a review, they offered to reduce this amount to 1000 EUR. After some back and forth I agreed to this price, but then they flipped and changed their mind - saying this would just be for the material replacement and I would have to pay even more for a reupholsterer that I would need to pay for myself in addition to this 1000 EUR. When I asked for clarification on this and why the information had suddenly changed (we had been speaking for a few months about reupholstering), they have now stopped replying to me althogether. Service has been extremely unhelpful - I would not trust this company again. 2000 EUR+ couch for just 2 years - what a joke. And to top it off, the customer service keeps referring to me as a woman, after I had corrected this mistake in an earlier email.

Ruined sofa - no help from customer service

Extremely disappointed in Mycs. I ordered a vegan leather couch and it is now ruined. I have taken very good care of my couch, following all the care instructions. I have no pets or children. The material is literally just peeling off. What a waste of 2000 EUR. I reached out to mycs for assistance, but they will not do anything as the damages started to appear 3 months after my warranty ran out. Great overall experience

The communication was fast and friendly whenever I had a question.
I also booked the assembly and the two guys who were here were really nice and worked fast, but were still very thorough and did an amazing job.
The furniture is solid and looks just like the online model I configured.
Overall I would 100% recommend MYCS to others.

Very helpful customer service.

I had problems with the drawer installation as there were no instructions for this; however, customer service replied quickly with detailed drawings of what to do and I was easily able to complete the installation.

Mediocre quality and worst delivery system ever

Furniture came with a part that was badly manufactured. I requested the company to send me a new part because I can't build it up.
Deliveries are made with a weird company that sends you emails and text messages to make an appointment for delivery.They are requesting an answer in 24h. You need to be home to pick up a small item (absolutely ridiculous). If you decline the date because you can't be home then, you need to wait for them to send you another date. Why not just send it by post or any other company. That way I am waiting over a month for the spare part to be delivered and I still have my furniture in pieces.
Quality of the furniture is same as Ikea. Not worth it really
