Clock was in a plastic cover which was ripped to enable personalisation. So components not secured and fell out of the box

To personalise the item, we do need to remove part of the plastic cover to access the product. However, we appreciate your feedback regarding the packaging and understand that this may have affected how securely the pieces were held in place.
