I ordered two 60x60cm acrylic/plexiglass photo prints with back-mount trays for a major gallery show. When I placed the order I was told 5–10 days for delivery. I built in six weeks of buffer before my hanging deadline — plenty, or so I thought.
The prints never turned up. I chased repeatedly and got no honest answer about what was going on. With the show deadline bearing down and MY REPUTATION at stake, I had to source replacement prints from another supplier at rushed-turnaround prices — an extra £380 on top of the £89.90 I'd already paid to My Picture.
The original order didn't arrive until AROUND 90 DAYS/ three months later — long after the gallery show had finished, and long after I'd have been entitled to a refund for non-delivery.
Based on how things played out, I believe the delay was not incompetence but a deliberate tactic: string the customer along with emails and delivery tracking ,past the point where a refund is straightforward, then deliver at the last possible moment so they can claim the order was "fulfilled." When it did arrive, the courier left it under my car with no signature or notification in the pouring rain. And MyPicture then told me that because it had technically been "delivered," they were not obliged to refund me.
I have no way to prove intent, but the pattern ... silence, ...delay, and refund window that conveniently expired, then a technical "delivered" status — speaks for itself. Whatever the explanation, the result was nearly £400 hit to me and a company that refused to take any responsibility for it.

Would have given 5 stars but delivery time was so long. Possibly courier to blame, would put me off ordering again, even though I was really pleased with the canvas.

Very good service so easy to order
Very good service so easy to order. Finished product was amazing, but only one small fault was the frame was slightly damaged. Not by My Picture but I suspect the courier. I was tempted to return, but the timing of the delivery was a very tight timeframe for me to present a family member with the picture. Other than that simply brilliant.

Had my order since 19th for a customers…
Had my order since 19th for a customers wedding pics. No updates on production still shows waiting to go into production. Tried customers services absolutely no help whatsoever , just offered a 40% discount on next order which is less than the 75% discount I received on my next order in my order confirmation email. Judging by others reviews can absolutely expect a very lengthy delivery time to as coming from Germany, not stated on their website . Something definitely not right about this company, looks like it operates from UK but is 100% based in Germany only clue is tucked hidden away in terms and conditions. Avoid if order is of any commercial value

Items not delivered.
Ordered on the 10th August. Order showing at Hatfield from the 14th. Still not recieved and cannot get a response to e-mails. Tried to call but no answer. Recorded message stating different opening hours to the website. Live chat is AI that just tells you what’s on the tracking. Requested a refund through PayPal.
