Ordered on the 10th August. Order showing at Hatfield from the 14th. Still not recieved and cannot get a response to e-mails. Tried to call but no answer. Recorded message stating different opening hours to the website. Live chat is AI that just tells you what’s on the tracking. Requested a refund through PayPal.

I have in the past dealt with my-picture quite a few times, and every time the service has been five star. The packaging the product the ordering. That simple.

Not in the UK like the website will lead you to believe.
I would usually check but forgot this time. The carbon footprint of my small selection of photos will be shocking, the website (.co.uk) suggests its based in the UK, I wouldnt have ordered from here had I know because of the delivery time (still not received 7+ days after order) and the environmental impact. Wish I had used photobox or my local tesco at this point.
Really disappointed.

I wish I'd ordered it months ago!
Ordered a very large canvas after months of hmming and ahhhing. Uploaded photo from phone, paid, and received it within the delivery time. It arrived well packaged and protected, and I am really delighted with the product. Excellent quality, and I wish I'd ordered it sooner.
Only let down was with the delivery service who ignored my requests and left it leaning against the front door in full view of people passing.

Delivery & customer service appalling
It’s been over two weeks waiting for Delivery and no sign of it when I wanted to cancel the company only interested in their terms and conditions didn’t even say they would chase the Delivery in other words we got your money so it’s tough luck. stay clear of this company plenty of others that are better. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED
