If you want your parcel to go missing, be delivered somewhere random, and spend your time chasing every single day, only to be told “Okay, I passed the message” over and over again — then this is the place for you.

No follow-up, no accuracy, no proper customer service.
Easily one of the most frustrating suppliers I’ve dealt with.

This company seemed good from my…

This company seemed good from my initial dealings with them, but that soon turned around when I needed a refund.
I purchased some items, which arrived on time, but some items were missing and others were damaged.
I have called and called, and called and called again. I have spoken to their customer service department countless times, who seem polite, but they don't do very much. They just take your details and promise someone will call back, and no one ever does.

SHABBY customer service.

I am still without a refund and exchange.

AVOID THIS COMAPNY AS THEY SEEM TO BE SCAMMERS!!!
