Received multiple DVDs
Received multiple DVDs, blu rays and PS4/ps5 games from them. The majority all arrived working but probably about 80% or things ordered from them cannot be read by my media players. At first I put this down to odd mistake as this can be the case for second hand things, but it is happening very frequently so therefore the media they sell is not being tested before reselling. Waste of my time, especially as the delivery for them is always extremely slow and almost always delayed. Refunds are received up to now, but I will never get the time back or be able to undo the cancelled plans due to the companies poor way of doing business

Dear Music Magpie Customer Service,
I am contacting you regarding order R920214592, which was placed on 30 August 2026 for a phone costing £404.99.
After waiting beyond the advertised delivery timeframe, the parcel has finally arrived today, 9 September 2026. However, upon opening the package, I found that there was no phone inside the box.
I am extremely concerned and disappointed, particularly given the delay in receiving the order in the first place. The package has arrived, but the item I paid £404.99 for is completely missing.
I have retained the packaging and all delivery materials and can provide photographs as evidence of the condition in which the parcel arrived.
Please investigate this matter urgently with Royal Mail and your dispatch team. As I have paid £404.99 for an item that I have not received, I require either the phone to be sent to me immediately or a full refund of £404.99.
Please confirm as soon as possible how you intend to resolve this.

Absolute frauds and liars
Absolute frauds and liars. Sent them an Apple Watch with the price quoted being £46. Upon evaluation, the tech 'experts' offered me £1 instead, stating that there was a major software issue and it 'couldn't be tested.' I find that absolutely laughable, as I was using the watch up until last week when my new one arrived. It works flawlessly, tracking activity, sleep, heart rate, taking calls, messages and everything in between. Music Magpie exploit people as soon as they receive your items and expect you to roll over and take their shocking offers. Would not recommend to my worst enemy. The best part is, they'd probably be selling the device for £100+ next week. Absolute wasters.
